“It was our second time going we drove from indiana. The cuts of meat are horrible. My boyfriend could only eat a few bites of his food last night because the meat was SO fatty he even asked the girl to leave out the tendon he would pay whatever it costs but did not want that in his food but I the pho was full of tendon cuts and full of fat. I had the honey Siracha chicken(b8) the taste was 11/10 but the chicken was sooooo dry and over cooked I couldn’t finish it my jaw was starting to hurt. I will say the first time the staff was more pleasant but the second time we came the place was hands down 100% cleaner then it was the first time so I’m not sure if we just keep catching this place at a bad time but so far I have not had a great experience.“

I sampled the Beef Bibimbap, Grilled Rice Cake Skewers, Seasoned Chicken, and Beef Bulgogi, and everything was flavorful, warm, and satisfying. The seasoning is on point, and the dishes make a great addition to any meal, whether you’re sharing or ordering for yourself.

I always choose takeout, as the space itself isn’t especially inviting, but the food more than makes up for it. If you’re craving authentic Korean flavors done well, Kim’s is definitely worth a stop.“

“01/15/25: I work down the street and a co-worker and I went and ordered takeout. fast, friendly, fair and & DELICIOUS!!! The attendant hand you a ball and points you towards the bar and you can add whatever you want to your bowl and then they cook it up in front of you with your choice of brown rice white rice fried rice or noodle! The prices is based on the weight. $7.99 per pound. for the two of us, we spent $22. y'all don't sleep on this place!“

“I recently visited Moby Dick, and I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable the experience was. The place has a casual, no-frills atmosphere that lets the food take center stage. I ordered the kabob platter with rice and a side of their cucumber yogurt, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the rice was fluffy with just the right amount of saffron flavor. The portions were generous without being overwhelming, and the meal felt hearty but clean.

Service was efficient and friendly, and the staff seemed genuinely invested in making sure everyone had what they needed. The only reason I’m holding back from a full five stars is that the dining area felt a little cramped during peak hours, and it could get a bit noisy. Still, the food more than made up for it. Clean, quiet, super friendly staff and fantastic food at good prices. Location on Southside can be a bit congested but you can sneak right out onto Strawberry for a light or a detour.

Will definitely be back. Pepper steak was awesome. Big menu. Recommended.“

“I wish I could remember our waitresses name. She did a great job. We'll everyone we dealt with did. We went for an early valentine's dinner. The food and drinks were very good. I had the fried shrimp appetizer for my dinner. Will get again. We had a party of 5. One child. Who knew they had French fries. She had spaghetti with a side of fries. “Their staff and food are great! The pho here has well cut and perfectly cooked portions. Their Banh Mi is another must-have. It is my favorite sandwich in Louisville, which I think says a lot. Its medley of well marinated pork, plentiful vegetables, sauce and bun is fun to eat, and healthy to boot! It's also fun to indulge in dessert, and they have you covered with rich and flavorful options! Their cheesecake and oreo truffles are highly recommended. Thanks to their delicious food and friendly staff, I feel rejuvenated and content whenever I eat at Pho Ba Luu.“

“Excellent service and delicious food. Visited during a busy lunch rush and faced a bit of a challenge with the initial order, but the management and staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. All the food items were well-prepared and tasted great.“

“Customer service by our waitress was excellent. Our food and our drinks came out quickly. The soup salad and breadsticks for lunch is delicious and very affordable. Less than $50 for two cocktails and 2 soup/salad/bread sticks combo. Our waitress even went out of the way to provide fresh bowls of soup and breadsticks to take home, which I didn't know was an option because at another location they did not provide that to us. I felt like I hit the jackpot and wanted to write this review after eating my leftovers for dinner tonight. “This has been our favorite chinese restaurant for many years. They hace the BEST crab rangoon around! However, recently we have been getting served the wrong food. Which is extremely annoying. My husband has an allergy to some meats, so when we order one thing and get a different meat in our order, that is both concerning, & frustrating. I greatly hope that this stops and never happens again. But with this being the second time In a row that it has happened to us, my expectations of this actually being fixed isn't high.“

“I don't usually leave reviews but I just want to say this is some of the best Chinese takeaway restaurants I've had. The orange chicken is made with real orange peel and tastes fresh not frozen and the rice is always tasty as well. They give a free soda with your order and the portion is great enough for 2 meals. I'll be ordering from here from now on. Not too expensive either.“

“I recently got put on a low sodium diet due to heart issues. This is the only place where one of the workers has went out of their way to help me find low sodium options on the menu. Cherish the drive thru casher/order taker googled their low sodium options for me. it has been really hard finding places where I can eat out at. This panara bread will now be one of my go to places. thank you so much!!!“

“The food and service was great. I did have one glaring issue though. There was a worker loudly proclaiming that she doesn’t get paid to bus tables, that she’s only supposed to be keeping the room clean and stormed off in the middle of my lunch. I thought it was very unprofessional.“
