“I love going here after Archery practice. The manager is great, the service is good, and the staff is very friendly. We make it a tradition to go there after we're wrapped up with practice. I highly recommend for a quick dine in with quality food.“

“I stop at this location like once, sometimes twice, per month. My order has always been correct, fresh,fast and really good. The only reason for the 3 stars on atmosphere is because the city of Shepherdsville is a tiny bit sketchy, and that's nothing Rally's could fix.“

“Food was hot and ready-to-eat. There was barely any people there at the time. The lobby did have some people in it. The atmosphere kinda gave me must be quiet vibes like a library, they do have a play center for kids. The lady who took my order was super nice.And my food came out super quick.

Kid-friendliness: They have a play center, which is very shocking. Because Most mcdonalds do not anymore

“My debit card wouln't work at the drive thru window and before I could even offer another way to pay, Caroline, the employee paid for my meal for me. I was shocked at the kindness to a complete stranger. I go here 2-3 times a month and it's awesome to know that the employees care so much about the customers. Thanks Caroline!

“This is probably the cleanest and best ran Arby's I've ever dined in.

The staff were fast and accommodating. And they were very polite.

Over the years my opinion of fast food joints has slowly been dwindling but this location has changed my mind a little bit. Delightful surprise. Kudos to the team here.“

“Absolutely amazing staff management on top of clean this of the restroom the dining room absolutely 110% men on hand is beyond beliefs of a true store owner her name is Jamie and I wish every location was that way the way that she handles everything and I want corporate to know to give her an add a girl because she goes beyond beliefs as a over the road truck driver my service dog only eats Taco Bell. “I've been there about 10 times so far. Above average speed, food quality, and reliability.
The go to sub shop in the area, and it can get crowded to prove it.
I will be back and would advise getting the app if you plan on going.

“As a comfortably plum man, I’m no stranger to DQ. As far as that goes, nothing out of the ordinary. This is a Grill and Chill, so they have a full menu, as well as, the ice cream we’re accustomed to. The staff was super friendly, even more so than is to be expected. The most important thing to note for my chocolate lovers, is they have actual chocolate ice cream, instead of mixing in syrup to vanilla. That’s huge to us chocolate purists. They also provide puppy cups FOR FREE. Not sure if they’re all supposed to but I’ve been to a few that charge. The final thing I’d like to note, is the hours. They’re open late. Dangerous for a fluffy man, but nice when you get late late night dairy itch.“

“We ate here on 02/10/26 at 6:46 pm. The food was the best we've ever gotten here. I ordered orange chicken and rice, mushroom chicken with rice and noodles, and 4 spring rolls. I like that the mushrooms were sliced thin and fully cooked, and the zucchini was cut small. It did take a long time to get my food though. I spent 20-25 minutes in the drive thru, and there was only one car ahead of me that had already ordered. If that's because the food isn't made until you order, it still seems excessive.“
