Jimmy John's in Bowling Green

“I went to Jimmy John's on June 15th and there was a very sweet lady and young man working. The young man was working the register and both of them said hello and I walked in. It was my first time in that Jimmy John's, so they waited patiently while I looked over the menu and asked questions about a sandwich. The young lady knew exactly what was on everything and she made a delicious sandwich! Both of them were very friendly and I will definitely be going back. They have a great selection, the restaurant was clean. It was a really positive experience! I definitely recommend Jimmy John's on Russellville Road in Bowling Green, Kentucky.“

“Jimmy John's is a great place to eat. Their wheat bread is on point. It is not like regular wheat. You really can't tell it's wheat when your eating g it, however sometimes the customer service is not great. When you enter a place you want to be greeted with a smile that is meaningful not fake or think that you are being talked about when you walk out because you made changes to your meal. Other than that This is a great spot.“

“Honestly, this is in the top service I've ever had at a chain. The tall guy (sorry I cannot remember names), was super nice and patient with us. We truly were surprised at how great the customer service was! The sandwiches were delicious and ready to go quickly!“
