“We order delivery from this JJ location a few times a month. We love it.

The order always arrives quickly, is correct 99% of the time (once wrong type of chips, once there was cheese on a sandwich that shouldn’t have it), and the delivery folks have followed the instructions and brought the food up to our unit- very rare and very much appreciated!!

My biggest qualm is in the inconsistency of size and ingredients of my Unwich. I never know what I’m going to get.

“This location is clean and the food was good. There are no public restrooms, which is not a surprise because it’s downtown but is a surprise based on the layout. The workers were in a good mood. Their Spotify playlist was not one you would want your kids to hear. But if you’re grown and patient, this place could provide you with a nice sandwich.“

“I love the atmosphere, quality and freshness of the ingredients and the amazing customer service. I don't even bother with the online ordering as I am able to get my food just a few moments after I order it in store.

I do not love the lack of a traditional 'kid's meal' ... but that is not something that should be held against this chain, and I wrote this initial review when my daughter was 6, now, 10 years later, she is 16 and definitely not qualifying for a kid's meal. :)

Recently, they have been having some supply chain issues, or it would seem so, as sometimes certain breads are not available and they are also sometimes out of cookies. These issues will not deter me from frequenting this excellent establishment. :)“

“My toddler was very sick with a cold and wanted a pickle sandwich. He wasn’t eating, so it became a priority. I was calling locations in advance to make sure I wouldn’t return empty handed. When I spoke to the chef, he was very receptive, and told me he’d make it for us even though the item was no longer on the menu. Now, my son is eating. Great experience! Also the tuna “unwhich” was great.“
