2nd time in 2 weeks the Bowling Green, KY location is "not taking orders"... then why are you open???
This is absolutely ridiculous! Waiting 45 min to order through a line of 5 cars!
Set for 10 before ordering THEN another 15 or so AT the window!!!

The clean restaurant with friendly staff is a top choice for a quick meal in Bowling Green. The fries are highly praised, and the burgers are considered better than at other places. The sweet tea is solid, and the food and service are generally great. The restaurant is very accessible for wheelchair users and very friendly to children, often giving them extra treats. Parking around the building is easy, making it convenient for customers. Inside, it can be a little toasty, but the atmosphere is relaxed with a simple dining room and plenty of space between tables. Although the street light flickering can create a horror movie vibe and might be harsh on the eyes, it’s still a good spot for a quick drive-through meal, even if dining inside might not be ideal. Recently, it was noted that Krystal no longer offers a military discount, which has been discontinued for about a year.
