2nd time in 2 weeks the Bowling Green, KY location is "not taking orders"... then why are you open???
Found out today 2/22/2025 @ 430pm that Krystals no longer does military discount and they stopped doing that for about a year now. Waiting to hear back from the "contact us" link on the website to verify that.
Very friendly and quick getting me in and out
Parking: Easy to get in and out
Kid-friendliness: Very nice to the children and gave them some extra stuff
Wheelchair accessibility: Very easily accessible
Krystal is a nostalgic fast-food spot reminiscent of White Castle, serving tasty little burgers that hit the spot. The clean restaurant with friendly staff is a top choice for a quick meal in Bowling Green. The fries are highly praised, and the burgers are considered better than at other places. The sweet tea is solid, and the food and service are generally great. The restaurant is very accessible for wheelchair users and very friendly to children, often giving them extra treats. Parking around the building is easy, making it convenient for customers. Inside, it can be a little toasty, but the atmosphere is relaxed with a simple dining room and plenty of space between tables. Although the street light flickering can create a horror movie vibe and might be harsh on the eyes, it’s still a good spot for a quick drive-through meal, even if dining inside might not be ideal. Recently, it was noted that Krystal no longer offers a military discount, which has been discontinued for about a year.
