“We always order through the app and it’s always been hot and fresh. They have forgotten items a couple of times but I also work in food service and I understand that while it isn’t optimal it does happen that’s why I check my order now before I leave because I’m not about driving back to the store! I’ve never had any issues obtaining forgotten items, the staff has always been kind to me. I also don’t order and expect it to be ready in 30 seconds, I wait until the app says it’s ready because I, for the life of me, will never understand these people that order and think it’s going to be ready in 30 seconds! That’s why there is a food tracker people! Last time we ordered I went inside the store and picked up our food and there was a woman being so terribly rude to a young lady about a cheese sauce cup, raising her voice and being ugly. The young lady was trying to tell her she would get it right away but this woman was hell bent on destroying someone’s day…I just want to say has everyone forgotten that these workers are people too? It’s a cheese cup my friend, it’s not that deep! Everyone is struggling these days in some way, shape, or form…just be kind! EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES, show some grace!“
“Very impress. I stopped going for a while. Tonight I order a chalupa made to order. And 3 Doritos locos tacos and they were perfectly made!! The customer service was outstanding. The lady at the window was extremely polite and was juggling taking orders and handing out order great! Kudos!!“
“Originally ordered Nachos Bell Grande and Party Pack Hard Shell Tacos. I was disappointed and called. Thank goodness I got Leslie. Long story short, I went back. Food was fresh. This location should be very thankful they have this employee. She is very friendly and professional. I will only visit this location when she is on the clock. I have learned my lesson.“
“Food quality is top of its class for Bowling Green however the lack of employees and Boosie steady stream of any customers makes for slow service. Doordash orders on the add to the confusion and the madness. For me the food rarely disappoints.
