“I ordered ahead and only had 3 simple items, and we sat at the drive thru window without even seeing a soul for almost 10 minutes. I was trying to grab a quick bite before work, but it wasn't much of a fast food experience. The fried items in the tacos were old too! Not sure what they were doing in there...“

“Taco Bell's always got great deals going I stopped in from running the firework tent on the bypass at the Kroger's parking lot it's hot tired needed something hot to eat my food was hot as it should be made correctly Great amazing workers to the drive-through as well as the manager couldn't complain one bit usually you got to check your stuff through the drive-thru I didn't check my stuff and when I got back to the firework tent everything was on point and I mean it was hot Best steak and nacho cheese flatbread burrito that I've I've had in a while from a Taco Bell“

“We always order through the app and it’s always been hot and fresh. They have forgotten items a couple of times but I also work in food service and I understand that while it isn’t optimal it does happen that’s why I check my order now before I leave because I’m not about driving back to the store! I’ve never had any issues obtaining forgotten items, the staff has always been kind to me. I also don’t order and expect it to be ready in 30 seconds, I wait until the app says it’s ready because I, for the life of me, will never understand these people that order and think it’s going to be ready in 30 seconds! That’s why there is a food tracker people! Last time we ordered I went inside the store and picked up our food and there was a woman being so terribly rude to a young lady about a cheese sauce cup, raising her voice and being ugly. The young lady was trying to tell her she would get it right away but this woman was hell bent on destroying someone’s day…I just want to say has everyone forgotten that these workers are people too? It’s a cheese cup my friend, it’s not that deep! Everyone is struggling these days in some way, shape, or form…just be kind! EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES, show some grace!“

“Update: sept/2026: the last 3 times ive been its been very good between service, and speed! Night and day difference from how this place use to be so ill add stars back 🤣
Update : even after the remodel they still suck so damn bad, they should close the business 100%

I like taco bell but this location can't get there shit together so I'm now finally posting a review. Wait times are worse then standing in line at a rollercoaster during the summer...
I WILL not be going back to this location due to countless problems and waste of money...
I never get what I want then the food sometimes is undercooked or not the right order.“
