“Clean building, friendly staff and food on point but the staff needs to realize customers can hear your conversations. Both days we went for breakfast, every amount of yelling and heated rants about your feelings towards other employees was a little much for what I wanted to hear or enjoy that early.
Be an adult do you, but realize we come in to eat, not hear Tammy hating on Linda because she made you cleanup stuff or you think she’s on a power trip and wants you to work extra hours xyz…. It’s 7am, let me enjoy this delicious McMuffin and coffee, not your loud feelings heard from the back kitchen to my meal.“

“Your employees lack motivation and absolutely no customer service skills. Our group had special needs and not one single employee seemed to care to meet the needs of our traveling group. Would not recommend this one ever. The rude employees represent your restaurant, as a previous fast food manager I would've much rather worked alone then to have this reputation.“

“We visited yesterday and the staff went above and beyond for my allergy kid! They asked if they could help us decide what to get and when I mentioned my son had an allergy they offered to take apart and sanitize the machine so he could have a blizzard. He was so excited to be able to try a blizzard. It made his day and mine too! He said it was the best ice cream ever! Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding!“

“The Roast beef was really on point and it was so good I ordered another one after 3 bites of my first. My employee was happy as well. 5 stars on the food and 5 more for Haley and staff. She's always very professional and productive, plus she was cleaning tables in between traffic. Excellent employee and we enjoy your location. 5 stars. Mark“

“I’m not sure who took my order tonight but he was young, tall, dark curly hair and glasses. He was so so so kind and sweet. I never leave reviews but the kindness was amazing and someone definitely deserves a raise. He was awesome and everyone in service industry should take after him.“

“PlaceE is always clean with very friendly staff.
Parking: Right next to building and plenty of it.
Kid-friendliness: The staff and menu are both kid friendly. With a wholesome atmosphere.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to park get out of vehicle and plenty of maneuvering room once inside“

“I ordered 6 McChickens, in addition to some other items. I requested that the McChickens were made plain with only pickles. Unfortunately, when I received my food, the McChickens had lettuce, mayonnaise, and pickles on them. I came back through the drive-thru, explained the situation, and was asked to pull forward. They remade my food, and a manager named Jamie gave me the second, "corrected" order. I checked the food again, and found that the McChickens were once again covered in lettuce and mayonnaise, in addition to the pickles. I finally went inside, and Jamie immediately came to assist me. He returned to the kitchen where he instructed his staff, applying corrective action where necessary and remaking the 6 McChickens himself. Finally, he gave me a refund for the inconvenience I experienced. I must say that I was INCREDIBLY impressed with his kind, understanding, and candid attitude. Jamie ensured I had a wonderful experience, despite the mistakes with my order. I absolutely will be returning to this establishment with the knowledge that the quality and reliability I have come to expect from McDonald's will be fulfilled by the manager, Jamie. For reference, this incident occurred on Friday, July 26, 2024 around 7:00pm.
Jamie, if you're reading this, THANK YOU! I hope to see more people like you in the service industry. I know customers can be rude and unpredictable, but I greatly appreciate your dedication to customer service. You're amazing!“

“Wish we had gotten the manager’s name that helped us this afternoon. (She has a coconut allergy, if that helps!). She takes food allergies VERY seriously and took every measure to make our meal alpha-gal friendly. She is a breath of fresh air — from washing her hands, putting on clean gloves, getting safe, un-cross contaminated veggies from the back, even getting fresh, clean serving utensils. It was delicious and we promised we will be back often! Thank you!“

“The customer service here is great. It’s hard to get good service anymore and the lady running the register right now is awesome. We were given not so fresh sandwiches and so I went back and asked if she could remake mine, my boyfriend was fine with his but she replaced both and offered me drinks. Definitely will be back again.“
