“My special order burger was incorrect. When I went back because it was wrong, the manager was very rude and didn't believe me, even though I had the wrong burger and my receipt!
The orders here are constantly wrong. Employees need some training on making sure the orders are correct, and training on how to politely correct a situation when it arises.“

“Not a bad McDonald's, it's my go to when I get hungry while I'm out riding. This one gets pretty busy at certain times, sometimes for no reason. Drive thru traffic gets backed up blocking the parking right in front of the entrance (motorcycle parking 😆) not a problem for a bike, but I could see getting hung in a parking spot for a bit if in a car or truck. Other than that, no complaints.

Edit 2/22/26: As stated, the restaurant at this location does 24/7 service. I call remember 2 instances that I showed up after leaving work around 2-3am, and the place had temporarily suspended service for 30-45 mins. Now this could be the least busy time of day which is likely, so I could see doing maintenance at that time (fryer oil, deep cleaning the grill, ect.), so I'm not really faulting them for this. Only mention this because if one is in a hurry, even at around 2am-4am, it's likely this could hold them up, especially if they're committed to getting that McFix.
Overall, still a good store IMO.“

“I got to say I ate at Arby's Saturday night this past Saturday and the food was hot which is good because I'm unlike McDonald's you're always getting cold food or the wrong sandwich, I'm actually glad to see some people take pride into their work thank you Arby's team“

“A family member attended a function that provided Subway lunch boxes. There were boxes left over so some attendees took them home. My family member brought two back. I hadn’t had lunch so guess who ate them. One was turkey and one was ham. Both with lettuce and tomato. For both there was a reasonable and acceptable amount of meat. The produce was good, with no brown lettuce or mealy tomatoes. The bread was soft and tasty. Each box had a bagged chip snack as well as mustard and mayo packs. I hadn’t had Subway in quite a while so this experience has prompted me to download the app and try them again once I got back home. Great job, Carrollton Subway.“
