“My wife and I frequent Maplewood on the weekends for brunch. There are many options in downtown/OTR/northern Kentucky for breakfast on the weekends, but Maplewood is our favorite. The menu has a nice variety of American breakfast options, as well as healthier alternatives. We love the Guajillo Bowl and Mediterranean Bowl, but the Maplewood Hash is also delicious if you are in the mood for something a little heavier. The GM, Erik, often recognizes us and welcomes us back. Erik and his staff always do a great job with service, and mitigating the crowded weekend mornings. Bring back the Chicken Tiga!!! Note: It's first come, first serve seating and you are supposed to wait in line and order before being seated. However entitled guests sometimes circumvent the line and save tables for the rest of their party waiting at the back of the line, whom have yet to order. This often throws off the flow of available tables, because the people whom waited in line and just ordered, now do not have a table. It can get busy here on weekends, but if you go, don't be one of these people, please wait in line like everyone else. The line moves quickly and the staff turns over the tables quickly as well. The couple of times this has happened to us, the staff promptly sat us at the bar and gave us a discount on our breakfast.“

“It's lovely, if you get seats near the far window facing the street, there's a small area for children to play. Coffee is delicious and well balanced. The food was fresh and nicely seasoned. I ordered a build your own bagel, with cream cheese avocado and eggs. My daughter ordered from the kids' menu and had pancakes. She said they were delicious.
Note: we got lucky with parking, there's only a few spots by the door. If it's full it can be a bit tight to get out of, especially during heavy traffic.“

Best darn breakfast I've ever had to be honest and the service was great too very friendly staff very quaint down home restaurant!!!! I will be back!!! “$$$$ be financially ready, Real nice opportunity Monday morning to stop in with my lovely bride as we sat and talked about the future growing old together and spending so much time with each other. The food was great just ordered eggs extra cold bacon and toast. Nice breakfast diner would like it if they were more booths that were comfortable and cozy but I understand all the seating can get people in and out fast. Just one drawback holy smoke the price was through the roof my wife had two eggs scrambled bacon and sausage with a coffee I had three eggs over easy extra bacon and coffee with a side of toast and it was with tip $55. Inflation does not explain this insane price. Seriously five single eggs if they were a dollar each would be five dollars Coffee literally not that much because it wasn’t that good bacon and sausage give it another five dollars. That’s $10 retail price and you charge $55? Holy smoke I have never paid that much for a simple breakfast in my entire life and probably never will again“

“Today, 11.02.2021, a friend and l were in search of good breakfast food. Before dropping her off, we stopped at the Waffle House on Delhi Pike. The employees at this establishment were some of the warmest and friendliest group of people l have met since COVID. Fast service, our waiter Dante explained how we were able to mix and match the breakfast we had chosen. With the turn of our head, our meals were before us. The grits were freshly made, the toast was to a perfection with butter melted, everything about the meals were on point. The staff keep the restaurant clean. On their idle time they were cleaning the grill and washing down the floor, no one was standing around on their phones. I give the Waffle House ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️“

“This was an Easter brunch. A good variety of entrees on the menu. Food presentation was very good. The drinks selection with special mixed drinks. The beer selection was adequate and excellent quality of the beers that were on tap. I would have preferred more Chimay's on tap but would still rate the selection excellent. Other locations for Taste of Belgium do have a wider variety. It is a fun airy and sunny atmosphere.“

“Tony’s food is amazing and Mike's service is 5 * I have been a customer for about 3 years so convenient since I work right next door. Tony and Mike are the 3rd shift dream team at store 161 if they leave you might as well shut 3rd shift down cause service wouldn’t be the same I know I would definitely not be back in if that was to happen.
