“I wish the waiter would have wrote down our meal as we had ordered an appetizer. Then our main came out, we asked about the appetizer and the waiter forgot to enter it. Oh well, it is what it is, but just a little frustrating as he was taking our order off memory instead of just writing it down. Almost forgot our wine flight too until I reminded him. He was nice and mistakes happen though. Food was good.“

“Even after another ridiculous Bengals loss, the Yard House offered some comfort food and fast service as we were on our way to a comedy show (Nate!) at the Heritage and were running a little behind. The food was good and the service was quick and efficient. Solid experience!“

“This is a nice higher end restaurant that is still casual enough to enjoy it. First and foremost the steak and the multiple meat choices are fantastic. I did not leave hungry or disappointed. The price is a little more than I usually like to spend for a steak dinner ( about $75.00 a person including gratuity but that is with no alcoholic drinks ). The service was excellent! We went on a week night and got well taken care of. My only complaint is that some of the Gauchos ( meat servers ) were chewing gum when walking around with the skewers. I know that is petty but it is still a strike for me. All in all, I will go again and I will recommend this to my friends and family“

“Our experience was just incredible. My family came here for a pre birthday dinner for myself. Our waiter Dylan was fantastic - very down to earth, kind and funny. He was running every which way but he also maintained a great attitude. I believe he just may be the best server I’ve had at a restaurant! Our food/drinks were so tasty. My husbands food was running a bit behind ours due some malfunction in the kitchen with the stoves/ovens, so the manager Devin came over and let us know that my husbands meal would be comped AND we would get a free dessert. We truly were not expecting anything like that. I overheard Devin at another table complimenting his entire staff by saying he has the best in the world. It truly shows. Even if we did not get anything for free, it was still a great experience that deserved a great review. Thank you to both Dylan and Devin for going over and beyond for your customers!“

“This place is amazing. The food is fantastic we went here for our anniversary and had a great time. It was my first time trying bone marrow and it was really yummy. We ordered the cowboy ribeye as the main course to split and it was cooked to perfection. The fingerling potatoes were also excellent, and the smoked Gouda Mac was a little bit strong for me personally but also very good. My favorite thing had to be the smore dessert which is made to look like a little campfire. I would literally go back just for that. They also offered mocktails for those who don't drink which is awesome. Definitely check out their lavender lemonade. This atmosphere is cozy and very welcoming and all the staff were super pleasant and knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning. Excellent experience.“

The salad looked a little sad but it was no bad the dressing was a little runny it is what it is. My better half had the potato soup, it looked good maybe ill try nexttime. “we had a party of 6 we called ahead and still waited 30 min then we got seated and I was atleast satisfied we could sit down then it took a hour in a half to receive our food so the manager did come over and took 40 off for the inconvenience which was appreciated however when we were able to finally eat then our food was cold and my potatoes had curdled sour cream and it was completely nasty and it wasn't just my food all 6 of our food was not cooked well and was disgusting 🤢 and cold we should of had free meal as it was absolutely the worst“

“Stevie was our server and was very good. We ordered the Melting Burrata app and it was very good with grilled ciabatta bread. We both ordered steaks and they were excellent. Baked potato and Brussels Sprouts were very good as well. The only disappointment for me was the rolls. I was looking forward to them because we had dined here a couple years ago and the rolls were a highlight. Last night the rolls were different-not warm and a bit dry. Other than that everything was great!“

“We had 13 people in our group it was our first time visiting and it did not disappoint! The waitress & waiters were very friendly, and the manager was on top of things. I asked him for a favor if we could be moved upstairs for our big party and they made everything happened. The Food was delicious! Our group had different type of steaks (All cook to perfection) salmon, Chicken piccata and all was superb! The atmosphere was romantic and the music was everything definitely takes you back in time. We weren’t going to order desserts, but we had the Tiramisu and it was the best I’ve ever had. We ordered cannolis, cheese cake and all were delicious. “Made reservations and went to Ruth's Chris at the Banks this past Sunday. The food was great as it always is. We had a great server, but had a very long wait on our meal. The restaurant was very busy due to the Bengals game letting out, so I'm sure that led to the wait times. However, a business needs to anticipate such things. The only other issue was the temperature inside. It was a very warm day outside and their AC was struggling to keep dinning area cool.“
