“This is a nice higher end restaurant that is still casual enough to enjoy it. First and foremost the steak and the multiple meat choices are fantastic. I did not leave hungry or disappointed. The price is a little more than I usually like to spend for a steak dinner ( about $75.00 a person including gratuity but that is with no alcoholic drinks ). The service was excellent! We went on a week night and got well taken care of. My only complaint is that some of the Gauchos ( meat servers ) were chewing gum when walking around with the skewers. I know that is petty but it is still a strike for me. All in all, I will go again and I will recommend this to my friends and family“

“Our experience was just incredible. My family came here for a pre birthday dinner for myself. Our waiter Dylan was fantastic - very down to earth, kind and funny. He was running every which way but he also maintained a great attitude. I believe he just may be the best server I’ve had at a restaurant! Our food/drinks were so tasty. My husbands food was running a bit behind ours due some malfunction in the kitchen with the stoves/ovens, so the manager Devin came over and let us know that my husbands meal would be comped AND we would get a free dessert. “I have always loved this place and I think that they still serve good food not sure what happened on Sunday the 9th we never go out to eat on a Sunday for good reasons but had an early dinner there and after tasting the Brussel sprouts I fell so ill please throw out spoilt food and don't serve it to people it was the worst feeling like you're going to die.“

“We had 13 people in our group it was our first time visiting and it did not disappoint! The waitress & waiters were very friendly, and the manager was on top of things. I asked him for a favor if we could be moved upstairs for our big party and they made everything happened. The Food was delicious! Our group had different type of steaks (All cook to perfection) salmon, Chicken piccata and all was superb! The atmosphere was romantic and the music was everything definitely takes you back in time. We weren’t going to order desserts, but we had the Tiramisu and it was the best I’ve ever had. We ordered cannolis, cheese cake and all were delicious. “Where do I begin, of course I hit the floor and I have been to this casino many times and the floor has always been honest and fun.

But tonight I celebrated my 25th birthday and council and oak (the steakhouse inside the casino) did everything right. The teams professionalism, their humor, and knowledge of wine was nothing short of amazing.

My wine paired great with my streak, all 7 meals at the table were cooked to perfection. Since the GM was out on PTO Mr Mark was leading the ship and did a phenomenal job at it! The server Mr Gregory was also the best.

This is my 2nd time dining at council and oak, and it will not be my last time! My first time was a curated 5 course meal with wine pairings so I didn’t get the individual experience that you would at a birthday dinner. This time around I got the intimate experience and was not disappointed! Hard rock, I hope you take good care of the staff here. They are worth every penny!

“Got to love the macaroni and cheese, hit the spots right on time. My steak was cooked just right the crust was perfact just like in arkansas. The salad looked a little sad but it was no bad the dressing was a little runny it is what it is. My better half had the potato soup, it looked good maybe ill try nexttime. “we had a party of 6 we called ahead and still waited 30 min then we got seated and I was atleast satisfied we could sit down then it took a hour in a half to receive our food so the manager did come over and took 40 off for the inconvenience which was appreciated however when we were able to finally eat then our food was cold and my potatoes had curdled sour cream and it was completely nasty and it wasn't just my food all 6 of our food was not cooked well and was disgusting 🤢 and cold we should of had free meal as it was absolutely the worst“

“The last time I was at Outback I ordered pork chops. They were delicious so I ordered them again. They were totally different. No flavor at all. They even looked different. I sent them back and asked them to season and put on the grill. I took them home and heated them the next day. They were good. I'm looking for consistency at restaurants. However, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was great.“

“Amazing Thanksgiving dinner with family! Server was excellent and food perfect. The elimination by the city of Valet parking may prevent future visits. Parking not easy to find nearby with poor signage. My wife has mobility issues, my Father is 92 and mother inlaw also 92 makes for a major inconvenience for customers.“
