“Every time I pick from LaRosa’s at this location, I never have any complaints, but I’m actually leaving this review because the I couldn’t seem to get my order through because the app was glitching or something but when I called customer service, you know 347–1111, old school, anyway the woman I spoke to was so kind, patient, even had some comic relief and let me let my anxiety off my chest. She was just professional, but cool all the way through it and I’m really Appreciated that and too much. We only see the bad but when you get a person that just makes you feel good. It’s their job, but they don’t have to be nice as we see most people aren’t her name. I can’t believe I’m having trouble with her name. I’ll remember as soon as I stop thinking about it and I’ll come update because she deserves it… see you 10 seconds later I remembered, Maggie! Maggie, she’s a good woman and she’s a great customer service rep. She’s highly over skilled for what she’s doing right now not there’s anything wrong with it because so many people have no skills she has the skill of knowing how to talk to somebody and treat somebody And motivate somebody if necessary. I’ve been in business so I can see the things like that and there’s other things that cannot be taught. Their organic I like that in business cause it’s who I am sure at first their job, but then it would become two versions of you when they mentioned to one that’s who you are. You’re more than an expert you are that and maybe I just Aiden edible but I’m pretty smart cookie and I have a business and we get too much bullshit without any balance of people willing to get behind their keyboard to say nice things. About the people doing the smaller jobs that make some of the biggest impact Good job Leis take care of her. She’s on her way places.

Won’t let me review again, but another great experience with my Cresent Springs, KY LAROSAS!
I come here at least once a month and the food is always amazing today I went in and I can’t lie. I forgot my debit card which isn’t usually like me, but I was able to use my mobile Apple Pay, which is great, but obviously I had to have an issue doing it. Donovan, the gentleman helping me was incredibly kind patient and helpful and really made me feel better as I started to develop anxiety because I couldn’t get it to work he made that anxiety disappear with his great customer service and attitude. Can’t wait to go home and enjoy. What’s always a great meal at this location of Larosas ! I will always recommend this to Friend and family. If there’s anybody left in Cincinnati doesn’t already know, lol.“

“They are all magicians their pizzas are so extra delicious and they are all super funny and nice. Plus they kept my daughter's artwork she doodled all over their wall up for an extra long time. They're the real deal in the pizza game, for sure.“

“I have been meaning to stop by since they opened, finally had a chance tonight. Casual atmosphere of a neighborhood place. Warm greeting upon arrival. You order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. I had garlic knots and a small pizza and both were delicious. The pizza was a 10” pie the size of a paper plate. The toppings were fresh and evenly spread over the pie which was perfectly cooked. The crust was the perfect consistency. The pizza really did taste like a traditional pizza I use to have when I was young and we lived next door to a family from Italy. It’s a can’t miss experience, and I will definitely dine here again.“

“Not a lot of seating but the food was good especially the goetta sandwich the kids meals are nice and plenty of food has a small town feel. Food is quality. I guess my only complaint is the pizza could have been hotter. But I wouldn't call it cold and I would definitely eat there again.“

“Today, a friend and I came to Dewey’s for lunch. The waiter came by to inform us that an error had been made in our order and that we would be given our meal for free. We had not even been waiting that long, but that level of customer service is VERY hard to find. Kudos to Dewey’s. We will be back many times!“

“I was responsible for placing a rather large corporate order with specialty pizzas, dietary restrictions and extra requests. Alicia (unsure of the spelling) was working the morning shift on 2/26 and absolutely rocked. She handled the order for me while handling the walk in orders, made sure everything was perfectly cooked and cut, and it seemed like she was training another employee at the same time (all three folks working on the order were great but only caught her name!). Next time I’m in charge of the group lunch order, I know where I’m going.“

I ordered a personal pizza expecting to have the second half for lunch the following da, nope I devoured the entire thing. “First time here tonight and the service was amazing and quick we were worried coming in about 7:50 since they closed at 9 and we didn’t feel rushed at all.. “My husband and I stopped in today for lunch after seeing it recommended on Google. The fresh focaccia with olive oil and balsamic were hands down the best I’ve ever had. My husband enjoyed his wedge salad and we split a highly delicious pepperoni pizza. Mike and Maddie were so welcoming! We even got to enjoy their brand new outdoor umbrellas which gave such a nice touch to their outdoor dining patio. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later! 🥰“

“We drive from Lexington, Ky every few months just to eat at Newport Pizza Company. Everything is made fresh. Meatballs are great and the hoagies are delicious. Also their Cincinatus pizza puts a whole new spin on my favorite chili. Visit them, you won’t be disappointed.“

“Definitely one of the best Pizzas I've had in Cincy so far, We got the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and it was extremely fresh. You get a great view of 13th and Vine that is excellent for people watching. The Crust was crisp and the dough was herbed which is something you don't see often. Would definitely recommend checking this one out!“

“The guy who gave us our order was fantastic. We ordered the chicken pizza, it was ok, good but not fantastic, what was excellent was the salad we ordered with figs. Outstanding. We ate in our hotel, so maybe if then pizza had been fresh it would have been better, and that's on us. After a long day of traveling, we were too tired to dine in.“

“We ate here for the first time last night , it was packed but we were seated right away and they moved us over to be closer to heat with no issues whatsoever; our server Emily was super sweet and the hostess as well !!!
