The food is great and fresh, with amazing loaded fries when made correctly, though some locations have missed ingredients like bacon or cheese, but corrections are made when brought to attention. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and things appear clean, even the bathrooms. However, floors are extremely slippery throughout the restaurant, requiring caution. Some visits have involved dirty tables, a puddle under the table, and employees talking instead of cleaning. One order was misheard with no remedy offered, and a lady at the window was nasty, making a customer feel unwanted.
