“The food is reliably similar to any Dunkin you have ever visited, which is a positive. This location however is a nightmare to get in and out of. Location aside this site is reliably fresh and politely served. Avoid Dixie HWY at all costs, people are auditioning for the next Mad Max movie and it shows.“

“I ordered heart shaped cookies as part of the dessert table for my granddaughter's wedding reception. The decorator did a fantastic job & I was very pleasantly surprised when I went to pick them up on the day of the wedding. Each cookie was decorated with a small flower on it and they were beautiful. It was a large order and the lady working behind the counter was so nice and helped to carry them to my car --- great service and beautiful cookies - you couldn't ask for more!! Thanks!“

“Great little place for donuts and drinks. A wide variety of both. Hot and cold drinks from regular coffee to lattes and other drinks. They also have hot sandwiches until they sell out. Friendly folks behind the counter. The donuts i had were very tasty and light.“

“The absolute best Dunkin’ in Northern KY!!! A.J., and Harry are always soooo nice, and they NEVER EVER GET MY COFFEE WRONG!!!! I don’t think I’d ever go to another coffee shop unless those two just so happened to move to a different one. Lol. Customer service is 10/10, Coffee is 10/10, friendliness, and attitude towards customers is 10/10!!!! Hands down the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I’m so grateful for Harry, and A.J. Because if it weren’t for them, I couldn’t start my day the correct way!!!! Lol. Thank you both for being you, and for continuing to serve me proper drinks every single day, and for treating me with respect, and dignity, as if I were an OLD friend. “I ordered from this dunkin and quickly popped in to pick it up. The order was ready within 5 minutes and the food was great. Our drinks were made properly, no issue at all, and they were some of best dunkin drinks I've had. Despite how busy it was, good food and good service, I would recommend this place. There's also adequate parking in front of the whole place.“

“This is the best location, hands-down in Cincinnati. I don’t care if it’s a line of 30 people they will wait on and have you out of the line in less than 60 seconds… everyone is always pleasant, smiling & helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone.You tell the owner really cares about customers and really cares about his employees because it shows with the service. Thank you to all the workers for making my morning go fast and making sure I’m on time when I have to run quickly to get coffee and go to work.“

Parking and drive through are difficult to navigate based on the constraints of the property.
Often lacks limited or promotional offerings (donuts in particular).
Interior is clean and neat but spartan. Seating for 8 at low tops, 4 at high top counter. Reasonable for a 10min sit down, after that it's very uncomfortable.“

“This is a dandy little half Dunkin Donuts half Baskin Robbins in a little strip mall close to Buttermilk Pike. This location specializes in ice cream it seems so that's what I went with (besides ice cream.) I went with the most unique flavour I could find; Bubblegum. It was ultra sweet as you might expect with definite bubblegum flavour there. They also had small little jellybean like candies inside the ice cream to add even more bubblegum taste. I got the two scoops in a sugar cone to finish a very sugary but delicious dessert. Thumbs up.“

“Great place for donuts obviously but last time I was there, the staff were acting unprofessional and were messing around with other staff members and weren’t being very serious in front of customers. Hopefully, this has already been addressed but this was my experience. Nevertheless, the food is quick and easy as well as a drive through that is very convenient.
Parking: The parking is open and easy to park in.
Kid-friendliness: Nothing out of the ordinary and simple.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the first floor with little to none curb.“

“It’s in a gas station so it’s very transient, however if you go there regularly the employees will begin to know you(and if you have a dog they always have a treat for them :) ). Line moves VERY fast in the am so don’t let the line scare you from pulling in…
Parking: Plenty of spots!
Kid-friendliness: No so kid friendly as it is very fast paced and go environment.

“I come here every single day and I love it so much. I love all the employees, most of them even know my order before I pull up. My only negative is I wish for the love of God you would please keep your whipped cream in the refrigerator! I get whipped topping on my coffee everyday, it's my sweet little treat to myself. But 90% of the time I can tell that the whipped cream can has been sitting on the counter for the majority of the day and it starts to separate and it gets an oily taste and starts to look like cottage cheese. Please fix this if anyone sees this! I absolutely love coming there. But I cannot stand when the whipped cream is like that. It is awful.“

“The 2 women there always make my coffee and hashbrown really good.... usually getting dunkin hashbrowns are hit or miss. But it's a hit everytime with them

“The young lady waited with headphones was very rude, but the donuts make up for that being 3 hours away I pride myself on a expert donut tasting. The 2 we picked out were fantastic. We were close to columbus by the timebi had my cinnamon roll. And it was so darn delicious and soft and flavors were on point. The Bavarian cream was so fresh and different this is a must tey and definitely worth a drive. Will be back. Just work on your manners and this place would be gold star worthy!!“
