We were running late due to the Bengals game letting out, and the traffic and crowds in the streets were beyond chaotic. We called Bourbon's and informed them of the situation and they were so kind to hold our table for us. We finally arrived and we were greeted and seated immediately. The service, the food, and the ambiance were all excellent. We would highly recommend this place. It's a great location if you're attending an event at Paycor Stadium, the Reds Stadium, or the Heritage Bank Center. It was an easy choice being so close to the venue we were attending and we're glad we chose it!“

Pair your sandwich with a delicious side, broccoli cauliflower salad is my go to. They also stock beer and wine. Friendly staff. “I was lucky enough to celebrate my birthday tonight at the Florence location! These girls went above and beyond to fit 12 of us in such a small space. The service was spectacular and they even surprised me with a birthday card signed by the whole staff!! You girls are absolutely amazing. Thank you for make it so special.“

“We went here for lunch today and our waitress name was Ellen and she was so very polite and sweet and there was another waitress we watched her with the other customers and she was the exact same way so they're so nice and the food here was so very very good and has my wife's favorite Reuben sandwich here. You would not be disappointed eating here All the employees even at the cash register were very polite too. They have different types of food here but they're all beef chicken and Turkey and I got a sandwich called Joe Walter name after retired Cincinnati Bengal player and it is turkey and Black Angus roast beef together and it's very good and their soups are so good too. They also have the best pickles they are garlic pickles and are so very good. Anyone that comes here would enjoy the food and leave with a smile on her face.“

They are all so so kind, especially the two lovely ladies who normally work register/food hand-off.
