Our server was so patient and attentive, even while we waited for friends, who were stuck in traffic, to join us. She was sweet and friendly. We will be back...again and again!”

“My experience is a bit different...we ordered via GrubHub tonight. We are new to KY & wanted to try Havana Rumba. ALSO, we have never had cuban food before. The restaurant was quick & the GH driver got our order to us just as quick. We opened our bag & found part of our order is missing. I tried to contact the driver but was unable to. So I contacted Havana Rumba. The person that answered was very kind, verified my order & found that the driver had left the second part of my order. She tried contacting the driver but they refused to return & make the delivery right (who did NOT deserve the tip he got). So Havana Rumba rose to the occasion going above & beyond! They apologized for the situation & one of them delivered the missing food to us. Not only was it delicious, but the customer service was beyond exceptional! ? Way to go Havana Rumba, excited to try more from your menu! Can't say the same for GrubHub...”

“Hands down, the best chicken shawarma in Louisville. Would recommend the shawarma fries or the shawarma plate if you're extra hungry. Don't forget to add some Zu sauce to your order. It's very mild on the spice level but adds a nice zing to your meal. The owner is one of the nicest in town as well. Glad to see family run businesses doing well in Louisville.”

“I was here this evening for dinner with friends. We had a great meal, great drinks, and our server was friendly and attentive. The only problem was the dessert which I ordered; sopapillas. These are traditional New Mexican soft, fried, puffed dough pockets, drizzled with honey or covered in cinnamon and sugar. Think small soft donuts. Well, what I got was a hard, flat, fried tortilla, cut into quarters, and covered in cinnamon and sugar. That is NOT any kind of a sopapilla I have ever had at any Mexican restaurant before. It was awful. When I told the server my thoughts on what was served, she argued with me that this was indeed sopapillas. Right. My advise; do not order this usually delightful dessert at Tres Amigos, because you'll get something other than true sopapillas!”

“Great French toast, biscuits and gravy! Where else can you have a Belgian Quad from the tap while you wait also? This was the part of the restaurant that is open 9am till 2pm. There is always a wait on the weekends but worth it.”

“JJ was very welcoming when I walked in. I told him it was my first time there and he said that he already knew. He knows all of his customers. He does everything himself and does it with love and pride. My lamb tikka platter smelled so good I didn’t make it home. I pulled over and started to eat it. Every bite was full of flavor and love. “Food is always excellent…a little pricey but the quality & larger portions are well worth the $. They have a covered outdoor dining area as well as spacious indoor seating. They sometimes have live music from local performers which provides an exciting atmosphere. My favorite Cuban Bar & Grill perfect for a night out with dinner, drinks, & fun!”

“Literally the best Bob place I’ve ever been to. The prices and portion sizes have stayed consistent! I can’t afford boba often if I go other places but here I can justify going once a week or so. The owners are so kind and helpful, as is their staff. Every single tea or dessert item I’ve had has been perfect. The shop is cute and they’re service dog friendly! I’ve had access issues with other boba places but never here.”

“The restaurant from the outside is simple, but when you enter and order fish, it is really wonderful. I am from the Arabian Gulf. My country is Bahrain in the middle of the sea. We have a lot of fish. I know good fish and a good cook and taste. But here the restaurant is really wonderful. I have not tried any fish restaurant in Louisville because the fish that is not good makes me Sick and this is my second visit in a week. I will be a customer and it is close to our home. I liked this restaurant and all the staff are friendly”

“I had a great dining experience here recently and I can honestly say this food satiated my soul. The baba ganoush was very well balanced and the tabbouleh was so bright and tasty. These were the highlights for me but everything else was also delicious.”

“I tried this food for the first time yesterday at my work they catered it to us and I got the chicken curry pita it was very good I talk my boyfriend to go tonight for supper he got the cheesy chicken wrap and loved it I got the curry platterwith plantain rand rice with black beans it was amazing I can't wait to go back their food is great very friendly people prices aren't high their juices are homemade and good everyone should check this place out thank you all for the great food and outstanding service.”
