Every time I visit, the variety and freshness of their cookies blow me away, but what really sets this location apart is the outstanding customer service, particularly from Harper Elkins.
Harper truly exemplifies what exceptional service should be. From the moment you step in, her warm smile and upbeat personality instantly make you feel welcome. She goes above and beyond to make sure each customer not only gets exactly what they want but leaves happier than they arrived. Harper's attention to detail is impeccable, whether she’s recommending the best cookie of the week or ensuring that your order is prepared perfectly.
On my last visit, I was indecisive with all the delicious options, but Harper’s in-depth knowledge of the flavors made my choice so much easier. She described each one with such passion and precision that I couldn’t resist trying a few more than I’d planned. And she was right—they were phenomenal!

“Wonderful Holiday dinner at Alchemy in Norton Commans last nite with superb service! 3 couples ordered a varied sampling of the menu from Picanha to Choripan to Empanadas to Cod, all exceptional. 100% satisfaction for everyone at the table. A huge shout-out to Nelson & Nahyla Michelangeli, they are doing some great and innovative dishes! Their culture begins with family and you immediately feel a part of something special. Learned the Alchemy empanadas are now available @ Kroger and will be purchased soon. Simply, a beautiful dinner, exquisite in every way! Hank Allen“

“Thank you for the beautiful and delicious wedding cake! We ordered one smaller wedding cake and 2 large sheet cakes. It was perfect for our guests. Highly recommend going in for a tasting and booking with Heitzman’s for your wedding or other event!“
“Over the weekend I placed an order for a half sheet cake for my daughter’s baptism at the Highlands Pie Kitchen. When I picked it up I was absolutely SHOCKED at how bad the quality was. The writing was in print, and there were no decorative roses at all. I immediately called the Pie Kitchen in Fern Creek & asked if their baker had better penmanship and could fix the cake and they were working on my cake within 10 minutes. Their amazing baker Lance spent 45 minutes of his time redoing the cake and made it beautiful!!! I cannot thank the workers and Lance at the Fern Creek location enough for saving the day!“

“This place is awesome the strawberry cobbler and peach cobbler on point I never tried strawberry cobbler before but Devonte Lewis suggested that I try and it was delicious. I can't wait to visit again and bring my girls.“
“This company makes the most wonderful breads, buns, and tortillas! I didn't count but they must have over 30 styles of breads from three or four different White, whole grain white, whole wheat, whole grain, low carb which they call smart carb, cinnamon raisin, italian, rye, artisan, 5 seed , etc. They're available in hamburger buns, hot dog buns, submarine sandwich buns, Texas toast, and various white and wheat butter top breads for both home and commercial use in the restaurant industry.“

“It is the best bread I have ever eaten. I like the Dakota bread and the Whole wheat. Will use their bread in my dressing for Thanksgiving. YumI served sandwiches for Venhoff plumbing when they worked on our drainage issues. Ha, they called and wanted to know where I got this amazing bread.“

“Every time we come here it’s a 10/10 experience! Staff is always polite, friendly and helpful! Food is amazing! Some of the best GF bread and baked goods I’ve ever had. Celiac safe and my non-Celiac wife even loves it too! Highly recommend!“
