“We like Chipotle ? we like to order it online me and my girls and then will drive up and get it. It's always done sitting on the rack waiting by the time we get there. Big portions, fair price I believe. People are usually nice and friendly. I like it. I think you will too.“

“The service was hands down the best, I don't believe there is anything they could have done any better. And they were young which was a shock to me because usually the youngins are on their phone or sitting hiding in the corner talking in a group, and when they do wait on you it's not very pleasant or just straight rude. These younger employees bent over backwards to help me with my order and explain some things that I didn't understand like chips coming with the kids meal, and when I asked for multiple things on the side they didn't blink an eye just got it for me. I can only hope my kids behave like this and have this work ethic when they are that age. Great job chipotle of mall Rd crew!!!

“This store just expanded their hours to 11pm. Don't know how long this will last. Started in August 2024. Staff could be more courteous and friendly engagement but they are very young and just want to get thru another order. I have been here 4-5 times since late July and this location was my very first time at a Chipotle ever! It was quite good, surprisingly, considering all the late nite talk show hosts jokes about Chipotle. But that said I would recommend this location. It is a newer location in a brand new building. Maybe 2-3 years in operation. Plenty of parking and bathroom was clean the 2 times I used them. Chips do NOT come with an entree order. Must order separately. Many Mexican themed food restaurants serve chips and dip when u order an entree.“
