“I went to this location on the evening of 5/21/26 and it was the best chipotle bowl I’ve had in years. Perfect ratios of all the ingredients, polite staff, fresh food. Chips were evenly cooked and salted. Steak was cooked to perfection. Kudos to the team working tonight!“

“It was very busy, and the staff handled it so well. They were literally getting killed with a dinner rush, the line crew were waiting on fajitas veggies and the new el pastor chicken. And they were out of vingerette but nobody lost their cool, everyone stayed professional and friendly. And our food was made perfectly, I had a pretty big order.“

“I’ve been to this Chipotle several times now, super good but super busy so sometimes they’ll be out of the limited time option and line can be a bit long. Negative aside food is always good and staff is always nice for how busy it is. 4/5 stars for sure.“

“Normally I love the employees at this location however tonight when I went around 630 there were only two good employees. To the man cooking food in the bandana with the piercings and the women making bowls with gold hoops and blue bandaids you guys absolutely rocked and I hope your day was better! Those two never stopped and were trying to get everything managed during dinner rush
As we waited we watched the other employees stand around talking, checking phones and leaving the women to handle a massive line. I watched as one employee said she had to pee and then immediately leave the women in hoops alone with maybe 8 bowls lined on the counter giving her no time to find help as the line continued growing.
Thank you to the two employees who carried chipotle tonight, you guys deserve credit

“Today was one of those days when everything seems be going wrong and the staff at this location completely turned that around for me. I was running late to pick up my kids but needed to eat so I stopped. Everyone was fast, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Then as I was getting into the car my purse tipped and my belongings fell into the sewer grate beside my car. Needless to say I was upset. I went back in and asked to use a phone so I could call for help. Not needed however because one young man came from the back and the two young ladies up front came out to see what they could do as well. This team of workers saved me hundreds of dollars today rescuing my things! He literally lifted the grate out of the ground himself,and Seyma one of the workers was able to retrieve my stuff for me. Totally not part of their job, but they still saw my distress and saved the day! I wish I had gotten the other two workers names. You have a wonderful team of compassionate and helpful young adults here. Thank you all so much for going way above and beyond for a total stranger!!“

“Hey. Just got a burrito. Was the best I’ve had maybe ever. Compliments to the team and the way the line guy sprinkled that cheese evenly. My man. Bigger fella, nice guy, didn’t talk much but made a great burrito and closed the double wrap with ease. Plus I was in and out in like 4 min. Well done team. 10:15pm on 7/27, give em all a raise.“

“The food was good the only issue I had was they were waiting on rice and she scooped what she could and was sending me on. I went ahead and ask for the rice they had available brown I think? It was still very delicious. I recommend getting the line replenished faster ?“

“I waited about an hour for my order because this location was extremely busy and clearly understaffed, but I specifically wanted to leave this review because of how impressed I was with the employees working. There appeared to be only about five people handling a huge number of orders and a line of understandably frustrated customers, and they remained calm, courteous, and professional the entire time.

The long wait was frustrating, but it was very clear that the employees were working incredibly hard and doing everything they could with the staffing they had. They deserved far more support than they were getting. I hope management recognizes the team working the evening of September 24 because they handled a really difficult situation incredibly well.“

“I drive from Dent to this location, the reason being is the Dent location does none of the following, all of which this location does 100%. I purchased a burrito and a kids meal at 4:29 pm today. This location always greets you before you greet them. They are polite and efficient. Portions are fantastic, quality and taste are great. They match energy in the sense that if you’re chatty, they will politely chat with you but if you’re not they will still be polite as long as you are polite. I appreciate that a lot. I really enjoy this location and will continue to drive 15 minutes out of the way.“

“This location is fascinating. There are these phenomenal kids and 20 somethings that offer fantastic service and manage the ebs and flows of mall traffic with grace. Then you have this overlord style manager who clearly sucks the life out of his employees. If I had to guess he wears a mask to protect his identity as he comes and goes through a mall of repeat customers. On the days he isn’t there it is 5 stars and the employees even take the time to give complements and smiles to the guests. When he is there it looks like everyone is about to cry and certainly in fear of making a mistake.“

“I came in for dinner time and was without vinegarette for dinner. My wife is pregnant and has particular cravings for meals the staffed understood my situation and quickly made some for me. “This is by far the cleanest and friendliest Chipotle I've ever been in. As someone who has a dairy allergy and dreads going down the Chipotle line due to the cream cheese and cheese that's typically all over the surface, I was pleasantly surprised that was extremely clean and didn't get anywhere on my burrito. “Parking: There is plenty of parking and apart from going out to eat there are clothing stores nearby at first everything was English but now practically Spanish eh English that is the best for some of us who don't speak English so I recommend it“

“Khali was soooo fast and so precise with making each order during a HUGE rush! She truly did an amazing job. Even with it being sooooo busy she made each customer feel special (including me) she didn't seem exhausted or burnt out even though it would have been justified by the traffic.
