Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hamilton

“As a former Chipotle employee I take my chipotle very seriously. It’s is one of the best run chipotle’s in the area for sure. All the food was clearly fresh. The carnitas and the Barbacoa both were not fatty or dried out which made me so happy. There weren’t many people in line but my ordering process was still very quick and they’re following the Chipotle way with everything they did (even things that didn’t happen at any of the three chipotles I worked at like using a yellow tent marker to signify I had gotten queso). Everything was fully stocked and completely clean. This team deserves a little praise.“

“This Chipotle was awful for about a year. I guess they must've made some changes because it was the most delicious Chipotle I have had in years. Give these guys another chance if you had an earlier bad experience, they are doing a great job now! Everyone deserves a 2nd chance you won't regret it. “This is my second fav chipotle spot around Hamilton. Comes in second bc the service is So-So. Every once in a while you get people who seem friendly enough or at least look interested lol. I get work gets tiring though, but what really gets me about this store and a few other locations.... Pls just go inside and order your bowl bc if you order online... Rarely are you ever going to be satisfied with the quantity of food you're getting. It's always skimpy when I order for pick up vs going in person thru the line. But other than that the quality of food has always been up to par and it stays very clean in my opinion!“
