Chipotle Mexican Grill in Richmond

“The food was great (and that's what's really important)! The staff was friendly, but not remarkably so. The atmosphere at Chipotle is mostly consistent no matter which restaurant I've been in. When rating atmosphere, I feel like I'm mostly rating cleanliness at a fast food place. Overall, the restaurant looked pretty good, some attention needed to be paid at the drink station, which was looking kind of rough.“

“January 17, 2026-I came here after visiting a friend in the hospital, and it was nearby. I normally go to the east side Chipotle. This one opened a year ago, and I never have been to it. I have read it wasn't clean, or the employees were not very nice, so I didn't know what to expect. I went in, and it was mobbed. The IU Kokomo basketball team were in there eating supper, and it was packed! They don't have very big seating, so I wasn't sure I was going to get a seat. I had a nice girl take my order. I ordered a Burrito Bowl with Chicken, Pinto Beans, Brown Rice, Guacamole, Cheese, and Fajita Veggies, Chipotle Chips and Guacamole, and a Medium Coke Zero. My food was just as delicious as the other Chipotle. Once the basketball team cleared out, I was able to get a seat, but not very people came in after that. I will also mention the decor was great. I would think on a Saturday night, more people would be coming in.“
