Chipotle Mexican Grill in Richmond

“The food was great (and that's what's really important)! The staff was friendly, but not remarkably so. The atmosphere at Chipotle is mostly consistent no matter which restaurant I've been in. When rating atmosphere, I feel like I'm mostly rating cleanliness at a fast food place. Overall, the restaurant looked pretty good, some attention needed to be paid at the drink station, which was looking kind of rough.“

“I have Celiac disease and as soon as I told the line worker I had a gluten allergy, one of the women working told the line worker to wait because they needed to clear the whole line. They took a few minutes to remove all old spoons, clean the line, and wash their hands about 3 times each. I was incredibly impressed and almost cried I had a safe place to eat in Richmond. They were very kind and did not make me feel like a problem.

I feel like the food has lost flavor the last few years, but I won't hold that against this location.“
