“I’ve eaten at Chipotle locations all over the country, and my visit to the Lima, Ohio location today was hands-down the best Chipotle experience I’ve ever had.

I stopped in for tacos, and Anaya made the entire visit exceptional. Her customer service was truly outstanding she was friendly, professional, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to care that every customer had a great experience. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of energy and pride to their job, and it made a lasting impression.

The blonde young lady working the line with the nose ring was also fantastic. She was friendly, efficient, and helped keep everything moving while making customers feel welcome.

The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Employees like Anaya are exactly what every business hopes to have. She deserves recognition for the way she represents Chipotle. I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location because of the incredible service.“
