“The customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I placed an order through the app and one of my bowls didn’t arrive with the rest of the order. I called the store, and was very kind about it, and the manager brought me my order. This is top notch customer service.“

I’ve already stopped by a couple of times, and I’ve been super impressed. Of course, any brand-new restaurant is going to have a few small growing pains at first — that’s just normal. But even with that in mind, everything has been fantastic so far. The food was flavorful and fresh, exactly what I was hoping for 🌯✨ The service was friendly, efficient, and made the experience even better.
And let’s talk about that location again… absolutely PERFECT! 📍💯 Having such a great Tex-Mex option this close is a total game changer. I’ll definitely be a regular!“

“My roommate and I walked to the Chipotle on Limestone for lunch and it was an overall great experience! Although they were out of a few toppings, they gave an alternative to wait until the food was freshly made. The restaurant was pretty empty during this experience, however, we’ve been during a few other occasions and there was a line out the door. However their hard working staff moves quickly and efficiently to make sure that everyone is fed with AMAZING sized portions. The staff working were very friendly and provided a great overall experience! They packed our bowls and the food was so delicious, filling, and a GREAT price— especially for the college students! We most definitely will be back at this location. Even though they may have sold out of some of their ingredients—understandably so, as it surrounds a busy campus— the staff’s helpfulness and passion for their jobs deserves 5/5 stars!“
“Food, 5 stars. Service, 3 stars. Atmosphere, 4 stars. This might be the best chipotle I have ever been to in my life. Maybe I went at the right time or they’re always this good, but I sampled the new something honey chicken and it wasn’t hot like it was fresh, but it actually had sauce on it and the chicken was tender and juicy. The barbacoa almost convinced me it was fresh out the pot, though I knew it wasn’t.
The service was fine, it wasn’t the best experience I’ve ever had at an establishment. Employees were fine, seemed they were just there to work and ready to clock out. They definitely follow the rules though. If you want a side of rice, just know you can only have a shot glasses worth.
You’ll enjoy the atmosphere and/or architecture if you love the suburbs, your kids soccer team, and quinoa.
Overall experience, 4 stars. Food was great (besides the cardboard chips chipotle can never get right). I could see myself returning in the future.“
“Staff handle a very busy dinner rush that was amplified by a BOGO deal related to the World Cup with amazing teamwork and communication. Genuinely felt that it be a while when I walked in before I could order but I was in and out with 2 burritos, a kids meal, and chips with queso in 10 minutes!“
“We popped in at the last minute before they closed. The service was amazing, very professional and friendly. Definately a good vibe. The manager took care of us and even had the chef make me fresh carnitas which were the best I have ever had from the company. She was also very kind to her staff with closing directions which I appreciate. The food was fresh and delicious. Found a new goto spot!“
“very nice people and they open late too. i have lots of food allergies and I asked the server to change his gloves and he was no problem at all and I can even wash my hands again just to make sure which was very considerate. He was also very patient when my parents ordered. the guy who was checking us out was very nice too. the place was clean as well. I will definitely come back to this chipotle when we are back in town“
