“This was my first time ordering inside after years of ordering Chipotle on Doordash and let me just say that this is one of the cleanest looking restaurants I've ever seen both in the dining area and the kitchen (from what I can see). I have dietary restrictions that make finding good places to eat a challenge, so seeing how clean and organized they keep their serving trays was incredible. Chipotle was already one of my favorite places to grab lunch, and this visit only cements that status even further.“
“Food was good but they were out of chips. There was quite a line but it moved relatively quick. They may have just been slammed before we got there...don't know but the place was not clean. Most tables had food remnants on them from previous guests and the bathrooms needed attention.“
“Chipotle is never busy until I get in line with a big order! However the workers never even flinch when I order up 8 bowls to go.Literally within 5 minutes I had my order placed and they smiled and knocked it out. 5 we’re the same and the other 3 we’re different.Same great taste from one location to the other!Great food fast!“
“I come here for lunch all the time! The employees are great at what they do and move through the lunch rush line pretty quickly and efficiently, I was impressed. They used to give REALLY good portions, but I guess corporate came down on them because they're a little stingier now, even with the rice. Definitely a Chipotle (GRRR) problem and not an employee problem.I always get pretty basic tacos. I've only gotten genuinely skimped once, and I'm sure I could've just politely asked for a little more at the time. The food and drink always tastes good (and fresh) and there's plenty of seating. They're out of certain proteins sometimes, but I think it's just because they get so much foot traffic with being next to UK. I prefer it to Qdoba even if it's a little pricey. Great lunch spot!“
“At one location in Lexington Kentucky, they were completely out of pinto beans, which my husband likes in his bowl, and the peppers and onions that I like in mine. Containers were empty and dried out from the heat underneath. We declined getting the bowls and they didn't even offer a price reduction to make up for out of stock ingredients“
“Great food, but doesn’t care at all about delivery drivers using the 2 disabled parking spots. I went there today and didn’t even order my food before I noticed two delivery drivers using the disabled spots. First one I did check to make sure, and no disabled plate or hanger for the mirror.“
