“I stopped by around 6:30 p.m. on June 25, and I had such a wonderful experience. Everyone on the crew was incredibly kind and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, almost as if I were chatting with old friends. The service was prompt, and I barely had to wait for my food. I actually ended up staying a little longer because the staff was so friendly and genuinely enjoyable to be around. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service, and I’ll definitely be coming back! Shout to Brenda, Kamaria, Jalil , and Isaiah y’all are doing an amazing job!!!!!“

“By far the BEST Dairy Queen I've ever been to.
Very clean, crew is quick, customer service top notch! Especially the girl working the counter tonight (wish I had looked at her name tag)!!! I got the wrong blizzard but honestly, not even upset about it because the service was fantastic!!!! Thanks for the cookie dough blizzard instead of the s'mores, it was great!!!!

After receiving an offer to come back I took them up on the offer.
As Always the Food was Absolutely delicious. On point. The kitchen staff is killing it. Those seasoned fries were scrumptious. Our server was Heather. Excellent bartender and server. Heather even asked if we would like drinks to go. But the guy that needs employee of the month/year is Casey. Watched him be the perfect server. Laughed and talked with the guests. Handled a table that had 5 little kids like a boss. I would say that the Applebee's staff at this location did a way better job and we were told more great changes were coming.
Thank you for making me want to come back.

Good food but terrible service.
To start our table was so sticky the menus stuck to the table. It sounded like velcro when we picked them up.
Our waitress, India was absolutely terrible. Waited 15 minutes before she ever asked for our drink order.
Don't order the sweet tea. Tasted like it was brewed with marijuana water. Took 20 minutes for India to even come back to our table even before our food was ordered. I asked for a different drink. Asked for a Sprite, she ok. Comes back with a Stary. Pepsi products. So we order the all you can eat appetizers. First round comes out. Delicious, got and tasty. The second reorder....my husband got 6 tiny shrimp. Neither of us got a full plate. No fries. India said they had to make them. 20 more minutes go by she come back and says..oh I forgot I brought your second reorder would you like to do another. We both said no we would like the fries..she looks stumped and goes oh yeah I forgot about those. Never asked if we wanted a refill on drinks. If the food was good or anything. She just disappeared.
Worst dinning experience at Applebee's ever. I have eaten at several across 3 different states and never have I ever seen such disregard for someone in the service industry. Maybe she lacks training not sure but it was horrible. I can still hear the velcro sound of the menu coming off the table.“

Let's do better for the customer's I had a hungry toddler in the car. Luckily the fries did the trick but worrying about them numbers come on really? For a coke? Let's do better.“
