Service was courteous and the turnaround from ordering to delivery was faster than I had expected, given the line. Food was better than I had anticipated as well, given the circumstances. Far better than expectations and surpassed other locations.“

“I mistakenly placed 3 large orders to this location meaning to spread the orders between here and Etown. When I showed up here, to my surprise they had no issue completing my order on time and with names appropriately placed on each sandwich.

I cannot speak to the in person abilities of this store but the online ordering experience was top notch and exceeded expectations.“

“This is a much better Sonic than the one in Etown. Food came on time! The one in Etown we sit for over an hour sometimes but on average generally wait over 30 minutes even when we are the only car in the parking area.

The girl who delivered our food to our stall in Radcliff was friendly and attentive. She went back to get us some extra sauces and never said anything rude about it.“

“Chris that works drive thru at night is soo friendly & professional! He always greets you with a smile!! Everyone isn't so friendly at this location. But when I see Chris working the window, I always stop by!! He's definitely a leader if Taco Bell didn't already make him one“
