“I had an outstanding experience at this Dairy Queen that truly deserves recognition. I accidentally pulled up to the drive-thru about 5 minutes after closing (completely my fault for not checking the hours). All the lights were already off, but as I was driving by the window, the manager kindly flagged me down with a big smile.

He let me know they were closed, but said he was happy to still help and serve. I felt bad for keeping him late, but he insisted that he wanted us to be happy. That kind of genuine customer service is so rare these days and left a lasting impression on me.

“Have you ever went through a drive-thru and been pressured to order quickly or the person in the window isn't nice so you can't enjoy your food after? That is not the case at fort wright Arby's when Lori is in the window. Lori doesn't pressure you to order quickly, she lets you take your time and when you get to the window she makes sure you have every thing you need to enjoy your meal with a smile on her face. Pretty sure she's been there a while. I know I've seen her before and I don't eat out often. Today I went for my birthday freebie and some lunch and she even told me happy birthday 3x which I thought was super sweet! Had to come write a good review for an awesome experience. “I learned last evening that I needed to provide 25 lunches for a meeting today. I visited the store about 8:30 this AM and spoke with Sam. I promised the 25 box lunches by 11:30 but called at 10:30 to say they were ready. The boxes contained sandwich, chips, cookie, condiments and napkins- all I needed. Sam had them bagged up and ready for my transport. Great service and complete lunch box!“

I think Michael is an upstanding manager6 his demeanor was professional and he kept his calm and stayed cool. I give him an AA Plus. And I love my Whopper plan with iced coffee.“
