I went through the drive through. Service was extremely fast. My food was hot and fresh. The burgers are way better than any other fast food restaurant. I loved the crispy fries, just the right amount of salt too. The shake was really good. I don’t eat the cherry on top. They should ask if you want the cherry, could save on product. I’ll definitely return when I need to grab a quick, inexpensive good tasting meal.
The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...read full review

Despite the location drawbacks, Steak 'n Shake remains a fantastic choice for late-night dining in Frankfort. The friendly staff, tasty menu, and unbeatable prices make it worth the trip every time. Highly recommended for night owls and budget-conscious diners!
