“We came to Rodney's on Broadway last night for our 7th anniversary and every bite of our meal was phenomenal and the cocktail was ahhhmazing!!! I had the roasted duck (perfectly crispy and incredible port reduction for the win!) with a panko crusted baked potato and it was all absolute perfection! My partner had the fried chicken livers with cognac peppercorn sauce and absolutely loved every bite!!! When you make your reservation, ask for Stacy to be your server ~ she is FABULOUS! Super friendly and kind, very attentive … personality and hospitality plus without being stuffy! She made it a perfect evening and experience! I can’t remember what the special cocktail was called but it has orange vodka, cranberry vodka, pomegranate liqueur, ginger liqueur and blood orange ginger beer! It was one of the absolute best drinks I have ever had! And the BREAD!!!!! Soooo freaking good!!! Tender on the inside, crusty on the outside and served warm with a plate of olive oil, herbs, balsamic and the thinnest slivers of the most gloriously delicious Parmesan cheese! I am usually a bread and butter girl over dipping bread in oil and it was out of this world! I want that exact Parmesan every single day! And they gave us a beautiful anniversary card with a very touching note written inside! As we were leaving, Stacy said “See you for your 8th anniversary!” With this amazing food and service, she sure will!“

“Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. My food could not have been taken care of worse. I ordered a 16 oz. sirloin cooked medium, and was brought a well done steak. Not really a big deal, it happens. They returned the steak and a manager brought me out another one. I cut through it and it looked better and told the manager it was alright. The more I cut through it, the more I was able to tell that it was just as well done as the first steak. I let my waitress know (who was very kind and very helpful and genuinely felt sorry) and had her return it and not worry about bringing me another one. The manager returned to tell me that “since the first steak was returned half eaten, I can discount your bill”. The steak was not half eaten. I returned both steaks almost completely untouched and maybe tried 1-2 bites of each to see if it was okay to eat, so I wasn’t really sure where she got that I had eaten half of the first steak. Again, the waitress we had, who I think was a blonde lady named Bobbie (I could be wrong with that name) was very kind and felt sorry, but the manager I dealt with felt like she was very irritated to have to deal with me having 2 wrongly cooked steaks. She took off the price of the steaks off my bill, but still made me pay for my soda. No apology and nothing to make up for me sitting in there for over an hour and not getting any dinner. I guess the manager just wasn’t having it. Again, thank you to the waitress we had, she was very kind. But I feel like I should’ve at least had my soda taken care of for them screwing up my dinner and ultimately not getting anything at all. Very disappointed“
“Truly amazing experience! Thank You Tobie for the best service I’ve had in a loooong time. Joyous and personal with so much class! Thank you Nicole for your amazing bartending skills. Not only were your selections and cocktails delicious and perfectly poured your knowledge and expertise about bourbons was excellent to experience! We had the Salmon dish, Tobie suggested sauce on the side and yes ma’am she was right! Absolutely cooked to perfection, wild flavors came through denoting fresh catch without being farm raised salmon. Grilled to the perfect peak of meat stiffness without overcooking. Such a fine line but truly the mark of a great chef! We also enjoyed the Filet with asparagus and mushrooms. Streak ordered medium rare and was exactly that! The balsamic glaze was a flavorful addition to a well cooked asparagus. The mushrooms were portioned lavishly and were a flavor explosion. We will certainly return hungry for more.“

“We enjoyed a fantastic New Year's Eve meal at Heirloom in Midway, KY. The service was superb, atmosphere warm, and the food exceptional, on par with meals we have had in Paris and Rome. The four course meal was perfection. The lobster cappelletti was devine and the Chateaubriand Au Poivre was cooked perfectly and was tender and flavorful. The Dubai Sundae was the prefect ending to such a wonderful meal ! We commend the chef and staff for such a wonderful experience . We will definitely eat here again and highly recommend.“
