“My team wanted to eat here on the way home from our soccer game last night. We were an hour from home and in my rush to get my things, I had forgotten to get my wallet out of my purse and into my soccer bag. Our girls walked through the drive-thru because the lobby was closed and I asked if they had Apple Pay, but they didn’t. I was fine with not eating, but the lady helping us was so so kind and offered to get my food for me. I said she didn’t have to and she insisted. I asked for a chicken sandwich and a medium coke, and she said no problem. In addition to my sandwich, I received a large coke and fries, too. Let me tell y’all what…. The kindness that was showed to me by this woman brought tears to my eyes. As a responsible adult, I should have made sure to have my wallet, but I messed up. Once I got on our bus I cried tears of joy - we just had a super tough game and emotions were high, but the kindness shown to me here will not be forgotten.“

“The food here is always top-notch.. Never any complaints.. Always so much better than Taco Bell.. Service is always very friendly. There is a great group of people who work here. I think maybe they may have been just a little short handed yesterday because it took longer than normal to receive my order but still in the end everything was great.. “The Roast beef was really on point and it was so good I ordered another one after 3 bites of my first. My employee was happy as well. 5 stars on the food and 5 more for Haley and staff. “I ordered a ice cream cake and it was for my wife's birthday. To the person or people who made it fabulous job. She said that it was the best birthday ever and by far the best birthday cake she's ever had. I highly highly recommend this dairy queen of benton Kentucky. And the young man who checked me out at the register went above and beyond to find me a box and some ice so it didn't melt b4 we got home. Thanks for your service dairy queen employees.“

“The customer service here is great. It’s hard to get good service anymore and the lady running the register right now is awesome. We were given not so fresh sandwiches and so I went back and asked if she could remake mine, my boyfriend was fine with his but she replaced both and offered me drinks.
