“Tasty fish tacos (coleslaw fresh and a bit spicy), crispy waffle fries, very fast and accurate service. It might not be the local cornmeal-battered pan-fried catfish but I have no complaints 😋The menu photos are also realistic - what you see is what you get.“

“We usually like Fazolis, however we stopped yesterday to try the subs. Me and my husband got the Italian sub. $10 a piece. We got home and tried to eat them but they were so spicy we couldn’t. We both like spicy. But for one it didn’t say it was spicy, and for 2 it was entirely too spicy. They should advertise if it’s spicy! My daughter got the club, and it only had meat and cheese on it. That’s not what the picture showed. Waste of $30!!! Do better!!!“

“I recently visited the Wendy’s in Henderson, KY, and while the experience was mostly positive, there were a few issues that stood out. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, which I appreciated. However, the service was slower than expected. I waited longer than usual for my order, which was a bit frustrating since I was in a hurry.

When I finally received my food, the fries and baked potato were unfortunately cold. It was disappointing because I usually enjoy Wendy’s fries and baked potatoes when they’re hot and fresh. The burger I ordered was fine, but the cold sides really took away from the overall meal experience.

That said, the staff was courteous, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. If they could improve the speed of service and ensure that the food is served hot, it would make for a much better experience. I hope these areas get addressed because I do like coming here, and with a few tweaks, it could easily become my go-to spot again.“

“I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and was really patient and tried to be as nice as I could to the sweet person at the drive thru who apologized a million times only to get my food after waiting that long and it was wrong. I ordered two kids meals and a chicken sandwich with curly fries, all sandwiches were to be plain .. which he read back to me correctly. He said I was waiting for fresh curly fries, so I waited... for nearly 20 minutes with my kids in the car. I ended up with about 4 curly fries in the container that were fresh and hot but I am not exaggerating when I say there were only about 4 of them. I also ended up with a fully dressed chicken sandwich. This is why it's been over 6 months since I've been there and will likely be that long or longer before I go back. $18 for food that took forever to cook and was wrong.“
