They have a respectful, friendly and easy going staff which makes the stop all the more reason to continue my loyalty with their establishment. Aside from always getting great food and very friendly customer service for my personal lunch, they have gone above and beyond when we need to feed our shop of hungry technicians. Alex takes it personal when we order a lunch for 20+, it's like she's feeding her family. The crew is spot on on prepping our meal and you can just feel the love. I'm not kidding! “Something happened last visit. It was like they lost our order. We called from the parking lot twice as we had ordered all dark meat. One of the sides was not what they ordered. Any place can have a bad day. It is what they do about it when it happens that define the good places. They apologized in what seemed sincere to me. Unasked, they gave us a coupon for about what half of our order was. It was at a somewhat busy time. I will be going back.“
