“Wow, this place has it figured out. It’s late Sunday night and I missed dinner. I set out expecting the usual late night drive thru experience. (You know what I mean) When I pulled up, I was greeted by a vibrant screen displaying an AI operated menu. No delay, no bad attitude. Just prompt service. I was greeted at the pay and takeout window by pleasant and engaging people and had my food in an instant. What sorcery is this!?“

“I knew it would be a cool place when the door knobs were gas pumps. Everything was detailed down to the napkin rings. It lived up to its name for sure. The food was amazing! Our waitress Cozy, I can't say enough about her. She had the best personality, super sweet and when we had decided what we wanted she definitely told us about our choices, like how they are prepared, what they come with and if she had tried them herself. I will definitely be back.“

“Was a little slow to get someone to tell us to seat ourselves then slow again to get waited on and drink orders taken. We ate in the rear bar/dining area. Didn’t feel like the staff was excited to be there and serving customers. Was just an odd vibe. Food was on par for Drake’s quality.“

“When I went into this restaurant they gave me lollipops to choose from and they handed my mom something like in a box. It was a mystery and then when we opened it it was cheesesteak and it was Oreo cheesecake. So that was yummy. And I had the hot dog and it was fine. I also had fries which were pretty good. They had this cool display of license plates from other states. and their drinks were really good. I had Pepsi which was nice and the tables were clean so that was good. That's why I recommend you eat here.“

“I haven't been here in so long. It was great. The menu is strait forward and that's good. The order experience is quick and informative with the screens.

My wife and I loved our food. I got the Double combo and she the one with bacon. Added some San Francisco sauce which went great with the shoestring fries.

Here's the thing - all of it came out hot and fresh and ready for us to enjoy. The staff was friendly, the restaurant clean. Great meal!“

“I love eating here the food is great the prices are better and they have slot machines when you come through the door so you have something to do while you wait for your food. I personally recommend you try the banana or strawberry cheesecake shakes they are awesome.“

“I visit other Frisch's and have never had a bad experience, but this Frisch's at 20 Kyle's Lane, Covington, KY location is 5-Stars Tops!!! Haley who works the Drive-thru Window Service and her Teammate Co-workers do an Outstanding Job. The Cook-Staff Team does a Remarkable Job on everything they cook/grill up, never has there ever been any food item that was not worthy of 5-Stars. “I've I've been going to this place for a long time. The manager Michael had a big order I was impatient because I had to wait a moment. I think Michael is an upstanding manager6 his demeanor was professional and he kept his calm and stayed cool. I give him an AA Plus. And I love my Whopper plan with iced coffee.“

“a few weeks ago i had come to wendys with my son and the cashier was very chipper. the boy who looked about 17ish came over to my table on a break and played the game on the nintendo with my son. come yesterday i was at the gas station and i saw the same cashier who introduced himself as sammie. my son said “oh my gosh he remembered us!!” It brings me joy to know theres genuine people who care

“Typical Covington pub. Very good attention. Variety of drinks and excellent prices. I liked that they served me a drink in a glass glass (unlike their neighbors who only offered plastic glasses, the kind that you grab and your hand sinks in, how horrible!). I recommend!“

“This is regarding the location inside Turfway Park Racing and Gaming in Florence Kentucky.. Husband and I wanted to come out and watch the band that was there this past Saturday night. Apparently they have a new table service 'rule' in effect. if I understand it correctly, in order to sit at a table and watch the band which doesn't start until 9:30 or later, you MUST order $50 worth of food and or drinks. After the 2 hours that you are there, if you want to stay longer, they will charge you an additional $50. Who are they to tell people how much they must spend on food and drinks? We stood outside of the railing actually in the casino and watched the band for the 1st set.. We saw a couple sitting at a small round table in front of us only order two alcoholic beverages the whole time they were there.. so you are telling me that you expect two people to sit at your table and if they are not ordering food, you expect them to spend $50 on alcohol in order to sit at the table? Unless I am misunderstanding,,, needless to say, we will never ever step foot inside of this restaurant to eat or drink.“
