“I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle, but honestly, it’s not quite like it used to be. The portions have definitely gotten smaller, which is disappointing considering that one of the big appeals was always getting a hearty, filling meal most of the time with leftovers. The food still has good flavor, but it just doesn’t feel as generous or satisfying anymore. I had a lot of fatty pieces in my chicken that were just not edible.

On top of that, the restaurant itself is on the smaller side, and the parking lot isn’t much better—tight spaces and not a lot of room, which makes visiting a little inconvenient. Overall, it’s okay if you’re craving Chipotle, but I miss the larger portions and the more comfortable setup some other locations have. Although it’s nice to have one right in Independence!

“i have to say that crew at the independence location is awesome, they are always on their A game . they have the best performance and have a service with a smile. the food has also got so much better as they put pride in their job.. as tonight i went through the drive-thru and the young gentleman that worked the window is something else, he is filled with amazing energy, he left me feeling happy in my heart.“

“We first stopped in to El Taco Feliz about two months after the location on 42 opened. It quickly became a favorite of ours, we now stop in as much as 4-6 times per week. Food is great, staff is friendly, it’s an awesome place, and I highly recommend it. Not only do I recommend, but it is my overall favorite restaurant in any category.“

Absolutely loved this place! I came in craving some good Mexican food and left completely satisfied. I had the quesadilla and tacos — both were packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and just the right amount of spice. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and what really stood out was the service. Our server, Jose, was fantastic — super friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the mood for delicious food and great service!“

“1/25/2025 First time here. Wonderful experience. The food was incredible. We had 2 special items for the week..the chicken tortilla soup and Alambre tacos. Food was fresh and extremely flavorful. The taco tortilla was lightly fried and was crispy, not gummy like most. We had the Elote(corn off the cob) topped with a lime Crema maybe that was the best I have ever had. Margarita was delicious and a large glass was only $9.00. The place looks small from the outside but dining room is open and pretty large. This will be on our rotation list of places to eat at least every two weeks! Mark and Tiffany“

“Hands down the most amazing taco truck I have been to. Absolutely love the Birra Tacos with the dipping auju! Do not let the price scare you they are packed full! I purchased 11 tacos on Monday and between 2 of us we have 2 left to fight over. The Birra, chicken and steak tacos we keep going back to for our order can’t stop craving them to try anything else. Fantastic!!!“

“The restaurant is beautiful. The food is seasoned really well. It's more authentic than tex mex. It was absolutely delicious though. I'll definitely be back. The only downside is the a/c wasn't working which happens. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.“

“Called this location inquiring about my absolutely WHACKY dietary needs.
Not ONLY did Brittany give me accurate information, did not judge me. Polite, informative and even told me about other options that would keep me at the right price for my needs.
I was concerned. It's strange. She ASSURED me that her professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff could help even if she wasn't present after our phone call.
Let me tell you.
ACCURATE.
Brittany was on break, I was afraid ro even ask the wonderful young lady at the counter... but HANNAH WAS AWESOME!
I told her my WHACKY stuff, in line, in the store... she stood tall "I got you". I can make whatever you need just like that. What would you like in it?

No judgements. Just help. I wish it were this easy other places.

“Chuy's continues to be one of our go to's for awesome Tex-Mex cuisine. The restaurant looks so fun and the people have been so nice to us and that was definitely no different this time. On this occasion I got their Steak Burrito which was stuffed with steak, Jack cheese, and Hatch Green Chile sauce. The steak and cheese was excellent with great flavour cooked into the steak. The Hatch Green Chile sauce however was a bit disappointing with it being advertised as being spicy but lacked both spice or really any flavour at all. Even so the the steak and cheese did make up for the shortcomings of the sauce for me. The Mexican rice was excellent as well. All in all another great visit to Chuy's.“

“Amazing authentic street tacos! Best tripe tacos I've ever had, lengua and cabeza tacos were to die for. The hot sauces are made in house and delicious, the red one is chilies and peanuts which I've never had before but was amazing! We can't wait to go back and try EVERYTHING. They have squash flower and corn smut tacos which are more options you don't often find outside of Mexico. Very happy with this place and you should go support them!! Didn't even think about taking a picture until we had devoured everything 😅“

I absolutely love the Machaca, and you can only get it here!
My husband got the Bandera Burrito and loved it too. The service is always top notch, and the entire family are some of the best people you'll ever meet. Shonda took care of us and was very nice, helpful, and attentive. We enjoy the cozy atmosphere and the music. If you want authentic Mexican in this area look no further than Soco's!
They are celebrating their 40th anniversary this year. I have been coming here ever since they opened.“

“Best tripa tacos in greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. Can't go wrong with any of the tacos on the menu, but tripa is my favorite for both the crisp and the chew. Love the menudo and wish it was available every day instead of just the weekend.Super quick service and always delicious salsa.

“I want to start out by saying the food and service were second to none, we had a party of 3, the food came out very quickly, everything we ordered was amazing. We finished off with the cheesecake chimichanga, we opted to get strawberry syrup instead of chocolate syrup and left off the sprinkles. I highly recommend a visit if you've never been. The only complaint we had was the chips were a little well done, and the refried beans had a distinct taste, I'm thinking it was Goya. Either way you won't be disappointed!“
