“This is one of the best McDonalds locations I’ve been to! The restaurant was very clean and the staff are amazing! My food was fresh and made right. As soon as I walked in I seen how attentive and polite Ms. Betsy was with customers! She definitely fills the place up with positivity and goes above and beyond!“

“I have eaten here a few times but today I found out that they have an outdoor balcony area to eat. it was very nice to sit outside on such a beautiful day . I ordered the fried green tomatoes. I was apprehensive about the pimento cheese on top but it was amazing! I followed it up with a double smash burger and of course it was also amazing along with the truffle fries. To end the evening I had the banana pudding ! it did not disappoint. The service was fast and attentive. I will go back“

“Not usually a hamburger person, but today my son brought me a butter burger from Culver’s. It had lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese on it. The burger was delicious and well prepared. Cheddar was an option, the onions tasted like onions and the slice of tomato was perfect in size and had the best tomato flavor I have had in a long time from a large tomato. I always knew about their chocolate soft serve and other good ice cream options, but I have a new fave burger. Do yourself a favor and try it.“

“I haven't been to Burger King in a decade but the Tesla v4 Superchargers are in the parking lot. I was incredibly impressed! The facility was super clean, the staff very pleasant, and the food was piping hot. The sandwich was clearly better than McD's and the chicken nuggets had great flavor. The staff cycled through hit fries (and warned guests) twice in the few minutes we were there. Also, they have trailer parking spots out back for convenience as well.

Parking: Pull-through, trailer length parking spots available in back

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of king crowns all ready to go!“

Parking: Parking lot free of trash and clean.“

“Used to come a lot about 6 months ago. But now it’s super clean and everyone is so friendly! The food was fast, hot, and delicious. The staff were amazing even recommended the new fully loaded fry burger. I guess management has really turned this store around and it shows!“

“Gotta go 5/5 since it’s White Castle. Just moved to the area and I’m so happy I’m finally near a White Castle. Food is 5/5.

However it’s the slowest service on the planet. I’ve been there 6 times this month! (I love love love WC)

IT IS WORTH THE WAIT!

But they are slow yall. Like you will be waiting for 30 minutes or more.

I’ve done it all and still slow.

I placed a to go order tonight at 11PM. I waited in line for 40 minutes. Told them at the mick I prepaid and was only picking up. Waited 30 min in line. Pulled to the window and asked for my order. “We ain’t made it yet you gotta wait.” No problem took only 10 min.

My only question is if I gotta wait 40 min in line should I even order a head online?

Also why is the store not highering people to meet the demand.

“This is one of the better McDonalds in Hardin County. In my opinion, it’s the best one in both Elizabethtown and Radcliff. I used to doordash here and this location was the most professional. The next best one is located near Rally’s off Dixie in Etown. The others are horrible. Neither of them compare to the Burrell McDonalds In Leitchfield - which is hands down the best out Burrell owned McDonalds establishment.

Food wise for anyone looking for my opinion : always use the 20% discount in the app. If you’re not using the app, you’re ordering wrong. And the $5 meal deals are the way to go. Order a few. I used to like Sharable’s but not so much anymore. The price of them have gone up quite a bit so the value lies within the value meals.“

“On the evening of July 8, I just got off work around 8:30 PM I stopped in to grab a sandwich usually I pass by because the drive-through was long. But they had a break. So I slid right in an order. It still took a couple minutes! No big deal , The manager was actually working the drive-through window. She went on to tell me there was three managers working they had no staff! I just want to say thanks and let you guys doing a great job. Keep up the good work. Great customer service And the food was good as always Thank you!“
