“Went through the drive thru with a mobile order. This location was very, very busy. Got home and realized one of my items was missing. Accidents happen. I returned to the store and the manager went above and beyond making things right. Very happy with the customer service.“

“I haven't been to Burger King in a decade but the Tesla v4 Superchargers are in the parking lot. I was incredibly impressed! The facility was super clean, the staff very pleasant, and the food was piping hot. The sandwich was clearly better than McD's and the chicken nuggets had great flavor. The staff cycled through hit fries (and warned guests) twice in the few minutes we were there. Also, they have trailer parking spots out back for convenience as well.

“Not usually a hamburger person, but today my son brought me a butter burger from Culver’s. It had lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese on it. The burger was delicious and well prepared. Cheddar was an option, the onions tasted like onions and the slice of tomato was perfect in size and had the best tomato flavor I have had in a long time from a large tomato. I always knew about their chocolate soft serve and other good ice cream options, but I have a new fave burger. Do yourself a favor and try it.“

“Gotta go 5/5 since it’s White Castle. Just moved to the area and I’m so happy I’m finally near a White Castle. Food is 5/5.

However it’s the slowest service on the planet. I’ve been there 6 times this month! (I love love love WC)

IT IS WORTH THE WAIT!

But they are slow yall. Like you will be waiting for 30 minutes or more.

I’ve done it all and still slow.

I placed a to go order tonight at 11PM. I waited in line for 40 minutes. Told them at the mick I prepaid and was only picking up. Waited 30 min in line. Pulled to the window and asked for my order. “We ain’t made it yet you gotta wait.” No problem took only 10 min.

My only question is if I gotta wait 40 min in line should I even order a head online?

Also why is the store not highering people to meet the demand.

“Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. No welcome person, so I sat down and waited. A charming young lady came and took my order. We talked about how few people were working. I was initially angry for having to wait. But as we talked I realized how overwhelmed they were and how little help they had. I want to thank her for her hard work.“

“This is one of the better McDonalds in Hardin County. In my opinion, it’s the best one in both Elizabethtown and Radcliff. I used to doordash here and this location was the most professional. The next best one is located near Rally’s off Dixie in Etown. The others are horrible. Neither of them compare to the Burrell McDonalds In Leitchfield - which is hands down the best out Burrell owned McDonalds establishment.

Food wise for anyone looking for my opinion : always use the 20% discount in the app. If you’re not using the app, you’re ordering wrong. And the $5 meal deals are the way to go. Order a few. I used to like Sharable’s but not so much anymore. The price of them have gone up quite a bit so the value lies within the value meals.“

It still took a couple minutes! No big deal , The manager was actually working the drive-through window. She went on to tell me there was three managers working they had no staff!
