“This is my quick go-to lunch. I always have some strange issue at checkout. So, thats why they lost a star there. Last time it was an entire sandwich added to my order gut they didnt tell me. She did give me the refund in cash before I headed out the door though.“

“Vegetarian options: one of the sandwiches, The Veggie, has no meat, and comes with both cheese and avocado spread at no extra cost. no other sandwiches on their menu don't charge for avocado spread.

Dietary restrictions: they have breadless versions of all their sandwiches for anyone who can't have bread. they come wrapped in lettuce. none of their sandwiches or sides have any peanuts or tree nuts in them. as far as I'm aware the bread is egg free, but I'm not actually 100% sure on that, so don't rely on me saying that if you're allergic.“

“On 8/21/26 I went through the drive-thru and was served by a short Black woman who provided perhaps the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. She was an absolute delight and I literally left with a smile on my face. She talked to me like a person, even a friend, and not a number in the line. Most interactions at a drive-thru are not memorable, but she was certainly memorable to me. (Sorry I don’t have a name for a shout out)“

“this is probably the first time ive gone to this specific jimmy johns and the worker that made my sandwich was super sweet. he went out of his way to make things easier for me because i was carrying my niece and he complimented my hand tats so that was also very nice of him. 10/10“

“Sandwich we picked was great aside from the bread. Only 1 bread u can get and it's not really soft. The chips they have are hard also. This was my 1st time going to jimmy johns so I didn't know that. But the cookie was soft. An the staff was friendly and helpful“

We had the #7 and a Jalapeno Chicken Ranch Wrap with two pickles and chips. Would definitely get either again.

Everything was great. Friendly and quick service.

“I really like this place and they’re usually good. I like the spicy east coast Italian. I get it every time and I love it. A lot of the people who work there seem really dejected and are sometimes slow to come to the register. They also speak really quietly. It’s okay if it’s your first couple days , but it’s been an issue for a while now with the same few people. I go out of convenience, but if I had one nearby with better service I would go to it.“

“I've ordered 600+ inches of sandwich both for myself and others at this location alone. Whether it's delivery or pickup the quality stays consistent. The staff are always friendly and never ignored about modification requests. I've noticed that they've had some staff come and go with turn over but for the most part they have a good dedicated core at this location. I have nothing but respect for my local JJs.

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to maintain a low carb diet and want to emphasize protein and fat macros a cheap unwhich from JJs is always a solid move. Especially in time crunches.“

“After having my past to carry out orders prepared incorrectly today, Alexa made my food exactly the way I wanted it previously I asked for extra tuna. There wasn’t even a normal amount of tuna on there. She did a fantastic job and was very very nice. That’s why I gave her a writing because she did exactly what everyone should do. They should look up to her and prepare food the way she does. I was extremely pleased with my purchase when I got home. Thank you Alexa.“
