Panera Bread in Lexington

“Whenever I arrived at Panera I was greeted with the smell of fresh bread and more. The inside environment was very cozy and gave a very fall vibe since were around that season. I ordered grilled cheese and broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was amazing, and the flavor was very potent, although the soup was good the grilled cheese kind of disappointed me. It wasn't very cheesy or grilled. The employees were very kind and surprisingly enthusiastic. Overall, I'm experience at Panera was great!“

“For the past five months or so, I have taken a liking to this Panera. It provides a cozy atmosphere, like many Panera(s), for a pre-brunch morning escape. And, unlike any other times when I use to frequent any Panera, I find the food here to be surprisingly delicious, satisfying, and all at a reasonable price.

However, there are often long waiting-periods for food, especially for dine-in services. And I've noticed frequent blunders with guest's orders when traffic picks up.

Also, there is one manager/lead/supervisor, particularly a tall woman who, at least to me, comes across as rude and unwelcoming. I kind of dread when she's there.“

“A clean, bright and pleasant place for breakfast, lunch or a break for coffee. Lots of healthy opinions on the menu. One of the Panera chain and has a customer loyalty reward program. Some tables are outdoors. You can also order in advance for rapid pick-up.“

“I generally like this location. However, after placing an online order tonight, when I was told it was ready I dtove to the drive thru window and waited for 5 minutes and watch several employees with head phones ckean up the area but not attend the window. I finally drove around and walked in in the cold rain and asked for my order. At the moment, I am not happy.“
