I was in the drive-thru, no other cars in line, and no one acknolged me. Finally, I get a voice and try to order, and he says, "im sorry, but i can't hear you. I said what, and he repeated what he said before so he could hear me obviously. I drove around to the other lane, and not one person would take my order. Visited a few times, when it 1st opened. Food was horrible & service was worse.so glad I gave them another chance! Food & service were exceptional!!! Will most certainly be back. A step above for most fast food chains.
