Female manager would not assist with ordering through app. Ended up placing 4 different orders instead of 6. She then got really nasty regarding ordering plain cheese burgers, and getting toppings ( pickles, tomatoes, lettuce) on the side. Fries and onion rings were cold. No one wants to spend their money or eat where someone gives you mean attitude.
Well, they had my food right, but they forgot all the sauces, which made the chicken garlic fries dry. The French fries were dry too!
I came to Burger King today and my experience was amazing. The crew there was awesome and there was a manager there named Crystal and she took care of everything and ran a tight shift. Very respectful.
