“Where to begin?! Michaelis Events was absolutely incredible for The Louisville Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Derby Pitch event this year! This was our third year hosting this signature event of ours, and our first year bringing in an event team because the event has grown so much, and honestly, I cannot imagine doing it without them now.

Lauren and her team were instrumental in making this our best Derby Pitch yet. Their relationship with the team at the Frazier History Museum and their familiarity with the venue made everything feel so seamless from start to finish. In past years, I spent the entire event running around coordinating details and barely remember actually getting to experience it. This year, for the first time, I got to truly be present, enjoy the event, connect with people, and trust that everything was handled.

The decor was perfect, it brought to life exactly the atmosphere we were envisioning - catering, communication, organization, and overall execution were above and beyond. The food was *chef's kiss*. They met with us regularly, stayed in constant communication for months leading up to the event, and handled countless moving pieces both before and during the event itself. They also contracted and handled communications with several amazing vendors including photography, DJ, and more who also helped make the event even better. The Michaelis team seriously made what could have been an EXTREMELY stressful day feel easy, which says everything!

“We used Crushed Ice Catering for our company holiday party at Angel's Envy in Louisville Kentucky. I wanted to have a fun casual atmosphere with comfort food and lots of options. Destiny took time to understand what I wanted and delivered an amazing menu. I got so many compliments from our staff about how wonderful the food was. We even had someone ask if I could get the recipe for the gnocchi ;) The set up and display was beautiful and the suggestion of having passed apps in the beginning of the night was really helpful. Shaylee was so kind and helpful at the event. She checked in with me several times to make sure timing was correct. The entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. “Nameless catered our son and daughter in law’s rehearsal dinner for us at The Carnegie in Elwood, IN. We were not familiar with them prior to this but we would highly recommend their services! The good was so good & we received many compliments on it. Our menu consisted of Strawberry Pecan Salad, Sweet Pepper Salad, Chicken Parmesan, Lemon Pesto Penne (regular and gluten free), Buffalo Tortellini, Cheesy breadsticks, brownies & chocolate chip cookies. The salad dressings were delicious, especially the house ranch & pesto caesar. Merle was a delight to work with as he set up everything! He was professional, kind and attentive. “thank you Morris deli for not only the amazing food but also the best staff of all time we are all welcomed by everyone today i went in for the first time and a young lady was super nice took my order and made my sandwich I don't remember her name but she had a cast boot on her foot she was super Friendly and suggested many items to try she also up sells got me for three of the best brownies made. And a pound of pimento cheese which is the best I've ever tasted it's a one stop shop besides tobacco products but who needs that? amazing food and great staff thanks for the best food I've tasted from an ol' time man as myself that wishes we had more old fashion Country-style stores Morris deli and the wonderful young lady who helped me with my first experience today I'll definitely be there more often thank you all for the delicious food“
