“We cannot say enough good things about Micaelis Event and the incredible job they did for our wedding. From the very beginning of the planning process through the end of our wedding night, working with their team was an absolute pleasure.

First and foremost the food was truly one of the highlights of our wedding. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and exceeded our expectations. We received so many compliments from our guests throughout the night about how good the food was, and we had multiple people tell us afterward that it was some of the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Having great food was really important to us, and Micaelis Event absolutely delivered.

Amanda was our main point of contact through our the whole process, she such a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire catering and planning process feel easy and stress-free. We always felt like we were in good hands and that our questions and requests were being taken seriously. Her professionalism and willingness to work with us made such a difference during what can be a very hectic time. She truly made us feel like family

We opted to go through Michaelis events for our day of wedding coordination and we’re so glad we did. On the wedding day, Christine was our coordinator and was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, organized, and on top of everything throughout the entire day. She helped everything run smoothly and allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about the details. Having someone like Christine made a huge difference and if you’re on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, DO IT.

Overall, Michalis Event was everything we could have hoped for and more. The food, service, communication, and professionalism were all exceptional. We are so grateful to Amanda, Christine, and the entire Michalis Event team for helping make our wedding such a special and memorable night. “We used Crushed Ice Catering for our company holiday party at Angel's Envy in Louisville Kentucky. I wanted to have a fun casual atmosphere with comfort food and lots of options. Destiny took time to understand what I wanted and delivered an amazing menu. I got so many compliments from our staff about how wonderful the food was. We even had someone ask if I could get the recipe for the gnocchi ;) The set up and display was beautiful and the suggestion of having passed apps in the beginning of the night was really helpful. Shaylee was so kind and helpful at the event. She checked in with me several times to make sure timing was correct. The entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. The Little Sister was the standout and will probably visit me in my dreams tonight. I was also a big fan of the chicken in their Greek Chicken salad. “We saw them set up at Glendale Days. All of the other bbq places had a line so we chose them. My wife and I got the brisket sandwich . It was the best brisket we have ever had. It was flavorful and smoked to perfection. Nice and moist not dried out and just seemed to melt in your mouth.“

“Nameless catered our son and daughter in law’s rehearsal dinner for us at The Carnegie in Elwood, IN. We were not familiar with them prior to this but we would highly recommend their services! The good was so good & we received many compliments on it. Our menu consisted of Strawberry Pecan Salad, Sweet Pepper Salad, Chicken Parmesan, Lemon Pesto Penne (regular and gluten free), Buffalo Tortellini, Cheesy breadsticks, brownies & chocolate chip cookies. The salad dressings were delicious, especially the house ranch & pesto caesar. Merle was a delight to work with as he set up everything! He was professional, kind and attentive.
