I’ve given this location several chances. Every time I have been, there has been an issue: typically very, very long wait times and/or a problem with the order (wrong or missing items). For example, today I ordered a Cherry Berry Frosted Lemonade using the mobile order. In addition to a long wait (5+ minutes for a small order) they gave me the wrong item (received a regular normal frosted lemonade).
