Dunkin' in Louisville, Ky is praised for quick service. During night shift, items arrive fast and staff is polite and professional. In the afternoons, three young ladies are tremendous and make drinks perfect. Customers who visit daily say service is top tier, never waiting long. The morning staff is friendly, coffee is always made perfect and the inside is clean. Walk in order 5 days a week, staff greets customers by name. Some customers say the Dunkin on Dixie location is worst, but others say it is great. The new location near Cane has been visited five times, drinks are made correctly, never had to wait, and cashiers are bubbly and friendly. The app for rewards works well. Customers praise the customer service. Dunkin' claims to be the best location in Louisville Ky.
