When i become the next person in line the employees acted like I didn’t exsist for 5 minutes, then turn around and add extra ingredients that weren’t asked for. Rather than asking for my money back I ask for the proper sandwich and instead of just swapping it out the employee wanted to just argue then another customer decides to chime in with just take it off the sandwich… we’ll that’s not how allergies work. The slowest drive through in louisville possibly. When you pay,every single time, they hold you at the first window for up to 7 minutes. They have told me they are short handed for the last 5 years. It's the only one in the neighborhood, so I gotta go once in awhile. Just like white castle, you have to have it occasionally. The people are nice and the food always good. Be ready for a 20 to 30 minute experience in the drive through.

Waited over 20 mins for 2 whopper combos that were cold. Literally the burger was not nuked In microwave, fries were old and cold. But tbh the guy Mgr was busy working with no Crew. He done extremely well for all he was doing so all in all good job.
