I had heard about Jack in the Box's Tacos from my parents, they lived in Cali years ago. I was excited to finally have the opportunity to try these "addictive" Tacos. We used the drive through which was around the building, half of the double drive through was closed. Employees seemed over worked and irritable. Tacos were cold and falling apart. Not a good 1st impression ?

Love the food but I don’t understand how a place open 24/7 has issues taking orders late at night. “Only sides” “only pick up” even though pick up was not working due to the store being closed? Confusing and annoying. 2 stars.
