We’ll all I can say is the people here are rather friendly and kind. There was a lady who was wiping the counters and cleaning up this morning who was genuinely a kind person. We started talking right before I had to get my son home on our way from his school and she made our wait on the Lyft home very nice. I hope nothing but the best for yuh E.
As someone that appreciates great customer service in a great place to bring my family I will always and forever after this, and only this McDonald’s if I ever need or want McDonald’s every other McDonald’s in Louisville is not it tried it then they’re done that not going back. Caleb, one of the staff members, has even been recognized for his dedication and quick thinking in a crisis. The restaurant remains a convenient spot to grab a meal, with a welcoming attitude from the staff.
