We’ll all I can say is the people here are rather friendly and kind. There was a lady who was wiping the counters and cleaning up this morning who was genuinely a kind person. We started talking right before I had to get my son home on our way from his school and she made our wait on the Lyft home very nice. I hope nothing but the best for yuh E.
Manager that's there every morning 4am she great
The person who brought my food out curbside was super nice and the breakfast sandwich was great!

McDonald's is a fast food restaurant that provides good-tasting food and fine service. The atmosphere is minimal, but the staff is friendly and kind. Despite occasional mistakes, the employees are nice and willing to help. Some customers have reported receiving incorrect or cold orders, and there are times when staff may seem distracted. However, there are attentive team members who stand out. This location is noted for being cleaner, nicer, and faster than many others in Louisville. Caleb, one of the staff members, has even been recognized for his dedication and quick thinking in a crisis. The restaurant remains a convenient spot to grab a meal, with a welcoming attitude from the staff.
