I had a special order and they made it exactly the way I asked for it.
Food is always hot and yummy but they constantly forget something which ruins my day when I have little babies in the car and cant get out to have them fix it without having to take kiddos in. One day it was 5 whole sandwiches missing from my order, today it was my chicken nuggets.
The worker was very kind and as helpful as he had time to be. They were short staffed. Clearly the GM and AGM arent present. A worker came and clocked in while i was waiting. I was one of three ubers. One of the managers was working despite having a panic attack. I feel terrible for any worker under the lack of present upper management. I hope it improves shortly, but ive never been here before so 🤷♀

McDonald's offers affordable meals like the $5 special and has made-to-order vegetarian options. Customers enjoy milkshakes and happy meals, with friendly, speedy service. While parking can be limited at lunch, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Some issues include app malfunctions and inconsistent fry freshness.
