“Clean place, great food, but I notice the outstanding service the most. Great job today, Panera crew at this location! Way to be a good example for other restaurants. Shout out to Wes for really going the extra mile when they ran out of something I ordered right after I ordered it. The guy came in quickly to assist and I was able to change my order to my next choice getting it in the same timeframe I would normally have gotten my original order, which I was honestly happier to have eaten in the end. Great work!“

“Smaller location inside the outpatient center. There is a lobby with seating as well as sitting in the shop. Wifi as well but not the best for working. The staff were the highlight for me. They went out of their way to help which i really appreciated!“

“I want to thank James the employee who was so kind and patient to me!!! He personally helped me navigate the app and could definitely see I was struggling with it. It made the whole experience at Panera a totally different experience. Much appreciated!! My food was delicious. I even witnessed the manager on duty (name unkn) cleaning up the dining room and helping patrons with refils. I will definitely be back with this type of service.“

“Stopped by Panera Sunday morning and it wasn’t too busy, which was nice. There was a little strange smell near the entrance, but once inside, everything felt clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and the service was good.
Panera is always one of my favorite go-to places. Another good visit!“

“A++++ Fantastic Service and great food. My mom and I decided to drop by for a late dinner and we were having issues with using my moms gift card. So one of the employees decided to comp our meal. She gifted her employee meal. She didn’t have to do that. Employees like her, is what keeps businesses in business. Energy matters. And when you have employees like her, it will keep attracting the business you need. Thank you!!“

“Panera Bread on Hurstbourne is one of my go-to places when I just want a simple, relaxing lunch. The fireplace inside gives the place a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, especially on quieter days.
I usually order from the kiosk, and I like that most of the menu items have pictures, so it’s easy to pick something depending on what I’m in the mood for that day. The cashiers have always been friendly whenever I asked for a coffee cup after ordering.
The food has always tasted fresh, and the bread is especially good. It has garlic and some kind of special sauce or seasoning on it that really makes it stand out.
Definitely recommend this location.“

“Normally the Garden Caprese sandwich is delicious, but today the greens are soggy and gross. I moved the tomatoes and cheese to the dry, clean bread because the piece with the dressing looks tainted with soggy greens, so I'm basically eating tomatoes, cheese and bread with no flavor. Today, I'm disappointed. I'm hoping the business owner reads this review and doesn't allow it to happen any more because I love Panera Bread. I don't see anywhere to post a picture or I would.“

“Had a good experience at Panera Bread. The food was fresh and tasty, and the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Staff were friendly and service was fairly quick. Only reason for 4 stars is that the wait time during busy hours could be a little better. Overall, a nice place for a quick meal or coffee break.“
