Pizza Hut in Louisville

“Spontaneous trip for our earned book it pizza and it’s so nostalgic for me as I did the same with my dad many years back. Sadly it stated that they could choose personal pan or gluten free, but when I called the lady stated that none of the pizza huts she knew of locally in her. franchize carried the gluten free for a long time now and it’s never been updated. One bummed kiddo as my son has celiac disease. But quick flex I got his little pizza but had to go to another business and get him a very pricey gluten free one to fix his dissapointment. Service was kind and food was good. Update the apps i’m sure many other little have food allergies and it’s hard as is.“

“They only reason Pizza Hut is getting a 6 star rating on this evening is because Kristina was able to help my grandmother get her order placed after the call center had her on the phone repeating herself 10 times only for her order to still not be placed, but Ms. Kristina was very patient and understanding and help my grandmother get her order placed without any problems.... She is amazing and we are greatful she was able to help. Thanks Kristina!!!!!“

“The staff were extremely nice and understanding especially T, Sabrina, & Zach! My grandmother had ordered a pepperoni pizza and they accidentally rang up a cheese pizza without us knowing until we had gotten home so when we called the store T answered the phone and was very nice about everything and willing to make us a fresh pepperoni pizza & that makes us happy so the night shift employees are great with customer service! You should give them a raise most definitely, they deserve it!“

“Genuinely fire, walked in and was greeted with a smile! Asked for the special and didn't know what type of crust I wanted and the guy working the cash register told his personal favorite, pan cooked or something like that! 3 topping large pizza for $9.99 and it was amazing, this my new go to

“I ordered online on a Friday and after waiting for two hours I called and said it hadn’t arrived. They said it was meant to be delivered by a door dash driver, then apologized and remade the food without a fight. The second order made it fine. It was a long wait but I appreciate that they came through“

“My visit to Pizza Hut on Broadway was absolutely wonderful! The staff here are truly magnificent. They were incredibly helpful and kind, and their positive attitude made the entire experience great.
The restaurant was very clean, which I always appreciate, and the pizza was fantastic. It was a perfect, delicious meal.
I highly recommend this location. The combination of a welcoming, helpful staff and great food makes it an incredible place to get a pizza. I'll definitely be back soon!“

“I arrived. This lady gave me everything I needed was very professional about everything Store is very clean everything that I can see workers in uniform. Everyone is so. worried about you being help and the food is coming out within a reasonable amount of time give or take One to two minutes The lady who helped me was Anastasia also Lisa“

“This location actually makes some of the best food out of all the Pizza Hut’s here in town. But I had to score the service so low because the answering service that you all have answering your calls and taking orders are absolutely horrible and rude! And it’s like they know they can be rude with zero consequences!? Is there a way I can get ahold of whoever is in charge of that business?? And what exactly does or is Puzza Hut doing to make sure that they’re doing what they’re supposed to?? You all should DEFINITELY check in with your customers more to see what’s going on with that and there should be a way to get in contact or leave a msg with the manager at the Pizza Hut if we do have any issues with their customer service… i don’t think that was thought out well enough at all, well not with the customers in mind that shows for sure. And the atmosphere at this location isn’t always the best and now you can’t even eat inside. But if you want some good food you should come to this location on Broadway Vs most of the other ones!“

“For years I was done with Pizza Hut, hadn't had very good experiences. This location has earned me back as a customer. I do miss the old days where you sit down and they bring you a pitcher of your drink and the pan pizza came out in a sizzling hot pan. I know in today's world the pan would probably be seen as a liability but it was a fun memory. If you had gotten away from Pizza Hut in recent years, you might want to give them another shot, just my opinion.“

“I placed an order online with pickup for the next morning. When it was sent to the store, apparently they did not put a time stamp on it, causing the store to just make it. When I called the next day to check on the order, they explained it all this to me. Rather than having to cut my losses, they stated the refunded the order the day before, and would just put in the order again for me to be made ASAP. While a bit of a hassle, I do not blame the store for this but rather their online application. So thank you.“

“Came into the store at my lowest, couldn't feed my kids due to some tramatic unexspectations and humbly asked for help and offered help for food and Victor made it happen.my kids Thank you and I'll pay it forward when I can. “We ordered online and picked up our order. The lady who greeted us and got our order together for us was extremely nice. She got the wings and she said they were flavorful and juicy. I got a pizza with extra pepperoni and it definitely had extra on it, which was nice. The pizza was good.“

“Was awesome until I noticed a large claw (?) from a lobster or some kind of shellfish reaching from the back of the kitchen. It must’ve been the length of a school bus. I also caught a glimpse of what looked like a 40-foot statue of some sort in the back of the store when I was passing by the front counter, but I couldn’t get a great view. Food was great though, and the service was efficient.“

“Pizza Hut Papa John's Domino's sometimes they seem all the same to me but if you're in a hurry and you're hungry and you want some pizza and you don't want to go through all of us and spend a lot of money then I suggest you call in takeout order from Pizza Express and pick it up yourself it'll save you some money and they usually have some good specials going on“

“Usually dont even leave reviews but their oven baked cheesy alfredo and buffalo chicken melt was BOMB🔥 well cooked and hot man one of the first times i felt glad after spending my money and the food actually turned out to be better than expected!! definitely got my moneys worth! 5 star for sure“

“This is by far the best Pizza Hut. All the others suck. I had a location pretty much deny my order and decline my calls and this location hooked me up after the fact I was pretty much scammed. I will be contacting the company and confronting the location that denied my order even though I put an order in almost 2 hours before they closed! Shoutout to this location.“
