“Donna just totally turned my bad day into a smiling happy night! She was so pleasant, upbeat, and got excited with me when I got excited aboyt getting breadsticks free for leaving a review I was about to do, even before I knew I was getting fbreassticks!! I love genuine people who care about others, gwt happy because someone else is happy. Im making Monday nights at pizza hut with Donna a permanent thing. It was so n7ce just to have someone be nice to me today, no personal motives. Donna is just one of those very rare treasures in this world that wants to see people happy. I wish there were more 'Donna's' in this world!!“

“Tee is absolutely one of the best people at this location. She has some of the best customer service I have seen in a LONG time. I had an issue with my order and she was right on top of it. She went above and beyond to make something right that wasn’t her fault. She is knowledgeable and efficient. She is kind and helpful. “Pizza Hut is pure, heavy comfort food. It’s loud, it’s greasy, and it’s unapologetic. If you want something light or sophisticated, run the other way. But if you want to lean into nostalgic flavor, a crispy pan crust, and a side of elite breadsticks, it still hits the spot like nothing else.“

“Customer service is great! I went in the store to place and pick up an order and when I got there my daughter called and needed me to pick her up 30 minutes away. I didn't want cold pizza so they gave me their number to call them on my way so they waited to cook until I was headed back and when I arrived my food was just coming out of the oven piping hot. “Cashier was super nice and helpful. Food was delicious. However, you have to buy small bottles of pop for $3 but can get the 2-liter for $4. There is no soda machine anymore. I don't know, but it seems like they really prefer customers to just pick up their food and eat elsewhere. Nonetheless, it's in a decent location but I miss the ability to chill and dine there.“

“My visit to Pizza Hut on Broadway was absolutely wonderful! The staff here are truly magnificent. They were incredibly helpful and kind, and their positive attitude made the entire experience great.
The restaurant was very clean, which I always appreciate, and the pizza was fantastic. It was a perfect, delicious meal.
I highly recommend this location. The combination of a welcoming, helpful staff and great food makes it an incredible place to get a pizza. I'll definitely be back soon!“

“This location actually makes some of the best food out of all the Pizza Hut’s here in town. But I had to score the service so low because the answering service that you all have answering your calls and taking orders are absolutely horrible and rude! And it’s like they know they can be rude with zero consequences!? Is there a way I can get ahold of whoever is in charge of that business?? And what exactly does or is Puzza Hut doing to make sure that they’re doing what they’re supposed to?? You all should DEFINITELY check in with your customers more to see what’s going on with that and there should be a way to get in contact or leave a msg with the manager at the Pizza Hut if we do have any issues with their customer service… i don’t think that was thought out well enough at all, well not with the customers in mind that shows for sure. And the atmosphere at this location isn’t always the best and now you can’t even eat inside. But if you want some good food you should come to this location on Broadway Vs most of the other ones!“

“I placed an order online with pickup for the next morning. When it was sent to the store, apparently they did not put a time stamp on it, causing the store to just make it. When I called the next day to check on the order, they explained it all this to me. Rather than having to cut my losses, they stated the refunded the order the day before, and would just put in the order again for me to be made ASAP. While a bit of a hassle, I do not blame the store for this but rather their online application. So thank you.“

“I was reminded today that there has always been--and still is--a real difference in the quality of a Pizza Hut pizza versus other national chains.

This location nailed all aspects of the experience; from the lady on the phone taking the order to the staff onsite who greeted me friendly and professionally, to the pizza itself.

I asked for extra sauce on the pizza; a request I rarely feel is actually done at other chains, and it was perfect.

It was also nice that it took exactly how long they said it would take for my order to be ready; 15 mins.“

“Love this location.The food was delicious and hot. Fresh dough it was brown to perfection the way I like my crust. The staff is very friendly and the manager Tracey was so helpful with the special deals they have. She got me together and I love the deal she presented to me. Love the hospitality. Great job guys! “Was awesome until I noticed a large claw (?) from a lobster or some kind of shellfish reaching from the back of the kitchen. It must’ve been the length of a school bus. I also caught a glimpse of what looked like a 40-foot statue of some sort in the back of the store when I was passing by the front counter, but I couldn’t get a great view. Food was great though, and the service was efficient.“

“For the first time in several years, we decided to order pizza from our childhood store and were so pleasantly surprised! Everything was cooked to perfection, still plenty hot when it was delivered and took us right back to the nineties! You just can’t beat that crispy, yummy, original pan crust!! “This Pizza hut is servicable enough, there's generally nothing you have to worry about and the pizza's good. Like, it's pizza, pizza is almost always good. Pan crust pizza for best results if you ask me, stuffed is fine too.
Aside from that, I personally like the pastas, and the boneless wings (IF you can get a good deal on them through the app, and IF you can get the app to work, god help you).“

“This is by far the best Pizza Hut. All the others suck. I had a location pretty much deny my order and decline my calls and this location hooked me up after the fact I was pretty much scammed. I will be contacting the company and confronting the location that denied my order even though I put an order in almost 2 hours before they closed! Shoutout to this location.“
