I am handicapped, on foot dining in store and was asked to leave after sitting there for 20 minutes. If you're physically disabled, AVOID this location. Staff was very very rude. It's discriminatory, anywhere else.It doesn't matter where you go. White Castle restaurant is an American institution and has been consistently providing good stuff for almost 80 years in Louisville, KY. Either you love them or you don't. Such is life. Live a little, visit just for the 5 star coffee...:)
The food was delicious! But I'm struggling to see why it's still called fast food when they only seem to be able to take a couple orders at a time! While the line just grows longer and longer. SLOW FOOD-NOT FAST FOOD!

Inside dining room was very nasty! Tables where dirty and had this white streaks all on then that would wipe off with water. So we thought it was very dirty inside. Food was good but I wouldn't recommend eating inside unless they have cleaned up and I mean really tool time to clean it up. Tables and floor was just ? awful!
