Excellent Service! Exceptional Food!!!!!
I wish I would have got our servers name because she was absolutely incredible! She was sooo friendly and attentive. The only thing that was lacking about the place was that we stood at the front to get seated for close to 8 mins. The bartender and a different server saw us several times and didn't even acknowledge us or say hey so and so will be with you shortly. But the rest of our experience made up for where they were lacking.

The Melting Pot offers a great experience with excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The food is phenomenal, with each of the four courses enjoyed, especially cheese and dessert. The experience slows down to savor the food rather than rush through the meal. Specific meals mentioned include the Quattro Formaggio, Parmesan Ranch salads, Mojo, and Dark & Dulce. The service is excellent and the staff are amazing, pleasant, knowledgeable, and personable. Servers are attentive, friendly, and careful, especially regarding allergies and cross-contamination, with ingredient checking and options like water and treats for a service dog. The staff goes above and beyond to make nights feel special, with birthday surprises including “Happy Birthday” written in icing and a birthday rice crispy. The food and service exceed expectations, and the owner speaks with guests, making the evening very lovely. The Melting Pot is a great choice for a special dinner, creating core memories. Guests highly recommend a visit and will definitely be back. The building may need touch-ups, but overall it is a really pleasant evening out.
