“They catered for my great aunt and had the food there on time still hot and it was good. Could use a little more cheese in the Mac and cheese and maybe butter and salt in the mashed potatoes but understand this is my taste for a homemade meal, not everyone else's. I understand as far as a business' standpoint, a customer can always add ingredients but they can not be removed lol Overall the food we pretty good and everyone else seem to enjoy! Main thing being it was on time and still good and hot after a cold visit service out in the cemetery. Thank you Decades Restaurant keep it cookin for all us country folk!“

“Any place that smashes their burgers with a brick trowel gets an A+ 100% from me! I don't know how in the world these people manage to work so hard and still treat their customers friendly as if we're family as well. Highly recommend the cheeseburgers with fries and an ice cold bottle of Ski! I will say it again, I know it must be tough and stressful working as hard as they do.. but when it comes to customer service, they really put their inner feelings aside and treat you special! I really respect everyone in this establishment. Regardless of what anyone is going through, they provide high quality service and great tasting food every single time! I did not want to fail to give each one of these fine people the recognition they deserve! I will definitely be coming back anytime I'm in Hodgenville and they are open! I live towards Hardinsburg, but Laha's Red Castle is worth the trip everytime!“

“Something happened last visit. It was like they lost our order. We called from the parking lot twice as we had ordered all dark meat. One of the sides was not what they ordered. Any place can have a bad day. It is what they do about it when it happens that define the good places. They apologized in what seemed sincere to me. Unasked, they gave us a coupon for about what half of our order was. It was at a somewhat busy time. I will be going back.“
