“Mountain Mugs Pineville is the best! Having it right off the new downtown area makes it even cuter. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and everything runs so smoothly. Two awesome Megans at the helm and it shows—everything from the perfectly brewed coffee to the delicious food, paired with friendly, attentive service, is consistent and top-notch.
This location easily surpasses the old shop in Middlesboro and the owner is truly one of my favorite humans—she’s the best. Pineville is lucky to have this gem!“

“We like to try to find new experiences when we travel, and this little place is truly a blessing. Very quaint, and intimate setting with a pet friendly area outside as well as a quiet area for students to study. It is on a church campus and I felt at peace while we ate, hard to explain that one...We got a caramel whipped coffee, I had the Goliath gravy and biscuits with bacon and my wife got the breakfast burrito which both were amazing, very filling and we could not finish the portions. If you need a quiet place, please stop in for breakfast or just a grab and go pastry, you will be blessed.“

“This place has great food and I love how it has so many side dish options. Service is a little slow the past 2 times that I’ve been, but it really is a great mom n pop place. You just drive up and someone comes out to take your order, no dine in you just eat in your car. Would definitely recommend“

“Food inconsistent. Service pretty good. 6 employees in the drive thru . I order the same thing everything. I'll have either no napkins or 6. Almost always uses to large of a bag. Just consistant bagging can drop your paper cost easily.“

“Thanks to Adrienne for the special 21st bday delivery for my daughter at college who cannot be home for her bday. They made a special exception and delivered her favorite coffee and breakfast sandwich and she was so happy!! Amazing coffee, breakfast and customer service! Thank you soooo much! 💜💜“
